Can you explain the last move on how to do it properly? I’m still new to core exercises myself but I’m trying to incorporate them but constantly feel it in my back so I’m sure I’m not doing them right!
Im not an expert or anything, but if you have back pains it might be because of either bad posture during exercises or because you dont flex your core muscles, and only flex the ab muscles (doming)

your mother is right, never lift any weight its really bad for you. Let me guess, she probably spends 90% of her free time sitting and watching tv and barely moving
Any sport taken to the extreme is bad as long as you don't overwork yourself there is no problem in exercising it also helps balancing out your hormones and prevent from many illnesses
That first one 🙅♀️ i saw video where a dude had a plate slip forward and the edge was cushioned by his fingers 👉 👈 they were so obviously broken; it was horrendous to see!!
