I randomly woke up with neck pain today. I did the first one and it was ok. Then I lowered it below the hair line. Some random pop and whoa! Good to go. Thanks again

Hi! I have a upper back pain like on the right side of my upper back that won’t leave and i basically injured it by trying to get a Deadlift PR and every time I run or jump or try to lift weight it kinda hurts like it’s annoying please 🙏🏽 reply
