My hips and neck/shoulders are always the last things to relax in my poses, and as always Tim, You Rule🙏 I am so profoundly thankful I found you (thanks to my son) 4 years ago! I’ll be 68 years in about a month, and I feel better than I ever did at 58!!!

Wow! I loved how the gluten in pigeon were so targeted as well as hips . Hips felt loose as after ❤️

Hi Tim! My mom and I have been doing your videos for about a year and a half now. We both think you have the most incredible cues we have ever heard! Thank you very much for all of your videos. I particularly loved this one, as I am recovering from a hip injury! It was just wonderful. My hips feel strong and relaxed.

One of my hip sockets is sore and not cooperating and so I’ve been looking for a yoga for hips to help out. This class incorporates all the good poses and stretches. This one will be in my permanent rotation. Thank you, Tim!❤

The 90 / 90 before the Pidgeon pose is really helpful and I tested the hip movement at the end. A definite difference. Thank you Tim :)

The isometrics take me years back when I used to play around with them more and it was amazing to see how much deeper the stretch could go. Good that you are still experimenting and adding different components to these videos. Keeps us all challenged and interested. Thanks again Tim.

As always, this was terrific. I did the mobility test afterward. Can't say I was more flexible, but everything felt a bit more solid, if that makes sense. Above all, I noticed that I had better range in pigeon and cow faced pose than is usually the case, so I do think that isometric prep helps. Thanks so much!

This is how I felt in 2015!! 😂😂😂😂 There are so many great Yoga channels out there, but I find myself just watching their videos and then reverting back to his channel to actually do the workout. I even remember the name of this channel changed like twice or something 😂😂 It was something like Yoga Das at one point as well. So wonderful to see the channel grow.

@@fireberrywocky Yoga Dose? That one still exist, I'm visiting it from time to time. I don't even watch other channels, Tim is something special. He perfectly explains everything and his words mean a lot. I had accident and my left knee was injured, so I couldn't balance on that side as good as I can on right. And first I was so sad when that happens, then thanks to Tim I decided to give it some time. This man is legend. 😁

The test at the beginning of class and at the end of class showed a noticeable difference. Things were less tight, muscles moves more fluidly. And, I think, the 90/90 targeted whatever muscles I haven’t in the past-the outer hip felt “awake” for pigeon. Thank you!!

Tough class Tim, almost level 2 .I skipped most of the vinyasas because I had already built up so much heat. I feel taller and my hips feel a little sore but in a good way.If your ears are burning tomorrow it may be from me swearing at you. Thanks Tim!

I have done this several times now, as it is great to do when I'm on my rest day after a heavy weighted leg day. The opening of the hips is amazing. The feeling of lengthening the hip flexors and jammies and glutes and releasing around the hips again feels so healing and healthy. This is a regular go-to practice for me. Cheers Tim.

I am in so much pain today, my right side (hip/butt, lower back and upper leg) feel sooo tight and this practice was really helpful. Thinking about exhaling fully was a really nice thing to focus on and this was one of the rare classes I hadnt taken yet and again this was the best part of my day! Thanks so much Tim! Again, great class, please keep it going. Its will be 2 years in September that I had my hip repaired not replaced and I still have discomfort In my hip on the right. It's tight and I have tendonitis in the glut that causes pain, I should say discomfort but its pain. So, this class open up the hip and calm down the glut that is tight, but after the stretch it felt better. I will incorporate this class into my routine everyday. Thanks so much Tim

None of the poses was new, but the opening work and some of the little suggestions made them all new. I have a broken foot which has tightened up my whole leg and hips, and this work today was exceptionally helpful for my healing and regaining balance.

Tim, This one was fantastic for opening up my hips. Your hip mobility test at the 10 minute mark was a real eye-opener! Also, I'd love to see more variations of the quad stretches at the 23 min. mark. I really struggled to get extension while maintaining my balance on those. Thanks so much for continually producing quality content!

My hips were definitely way more supple and strong. I really think the contract relax technique is amazing for the muscles life : ). Thank you Tim!!! You change our lives!

My hips were also so much more mobile at the end of the class. I love the isometrics that you're adding in to classes. I'm moving into places I haven't been able to get to. The reminders to use breath intentionally was also so appreciated! Thanks for all the thoughtfulness you put into developing these classes for us.

Huge difference with the hip mobility towards the end!! And the isometrics made a day and night difference!! I had never connected so well with pigeon as this time after doing the 90º pre-stretch. Your content is awesome, Tim. Thanks so much for today's practice
