All four rotors were really stuck, this was the only way I could break them loose.
I used two bolts and alternated tightening to gently start breaking it loose and then spun the rotor 180 degrees and did the same to prevent stressing the caliper bracket or distorting the rotor. Use caution on small cars with lighter weight brackets and thinner rotors.
Rotors with a parking brake drum must spin freely before trying to remove the them. If they don't spin the parking brake shoes may need to be adjusted so they don't contact the drum.
This is Ford F350 Superduty chassis that I'm prepping for another project.
