At least once a week I make Gnocchi, usually on Thursdays or Sundays, it's a tradition passed down from my mother!
To vary from time to time I make them stuffed, even better!
Today I stuffed them with NDUJA (typical Calabrian salami, with lots of red pepper but not very spicy)

📝Ingredients: for 4 people
500 g Potatoes (yellow or red flesh)
Approximately 200 g 00 flour (to be added little by little)
For the seasoning:
Soft cheese (Brie)
Nduja (spicy soft cured meat) can be replaced with typical cured meats from your city!
To season:
Tomato sauce (cooked with salt, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and basil)
Brie cheese melted in the pan
Grated Parmesan cheese
Basil
