So true. He's also very self-aware and emotionally sober enough to accept the truth about he and Willa's relationship. Like they are very transparent with eachother. But then he has almost a manic-level confidence when it comes to things like thinking he can be president or when he flies off the handle with things like the cold butter. A very interesting guy. And, of course, interested in politics from a young age :P

I can’t help Connor is just like when things are down Connor just pops up and says the most absolute delusional and out of pocket things you just can’t help to laugh, especially with Willa.
It’s been incredible to watch him this season juxtaposed with his siblings who are just walking corpses. His whole thing about his dad never liking him and not having anyone love him is just devastating.

It is really sad that Roman ruined his relationship with Conner with his twisted joke. Especially since at about the same time, Roman remembers his favorite childhood memory: going flyfishing with his brothers. Which Conner had organized.

The most unrealistic part of the show was the fact that with all the media attention Connor and his wife Willa have gotten due to his run for president and the death of his father on their wedding day, not a single former client of hers recognized her and snitched to the media that he married a SW.
In defence of the writers is seems willa is a high end escort who probably goes after wealthier clients based on her relationship with conor anyway. So if they were to out willa they would also be outing them selves as a person who engages with "women who do what she does"
Why I love this show , how out of touch these trust fund brats are lol Connor Roy 55 years old , " I Finally want to work! " meanwhile 78% of America is living paycheck to paycheck , most have no savings and the retirement age is now at what 80 ? Great stuff succession .

I don't know how Willa can stand Connor. Hilarious when she finally accepts his proposal by saying, "Fuck it. Fuck it! How bad can it be?" How romantic. Connor is so unlovable. The actor nails it!
