@@TheLastHonestInfluencer Well you did make the video around that crazy period where we were all told to stay home and not interact with people for months on end, so it was so fun to see you use the R&R in front of empty buildings, police cars ( did the cops have a good laugh watching you? ), empty highways etc. Unfortunately the Sunny Health full motion is out of stock on Amazon Australia and we do not have a Sunny Health distributor here, and the newer model is more than $700! So I am looking at the Gymax ( marketed as Costway, Fineway etc here ) which has 2 pistons instead of 1 but the adjustment looks weird. Let's see how that turns out - if it is terrible I may put a pre-order in for the Sunny and wait for stock... Thanks again for the laughs and reviews. Have a great weekend.

100% absolutely certain. Get the original row n ride squat assist. It feels the same as the others (strength wise…it’s not ‘flimsy’) except it gives the best workout. Any honest objective person not standing to make a sales commission would tell you the same thing.

If you have the money, I’d get an exercise bike, but if you only have 100 bucks the original machine is great for HIIT cardio

I used the original row n ride to rehab a knee after a meniscus tear and surgery. Worked great! Backwards sled pull from the knees over toes guy RU-vid channel is excellent as well! Hope that helps!!

It was worth it for this review 😉 Maybe I’ll get a second original with pink pedals with the return money! They make those now 🤣
