why does the host keep interrupting.... the demonstrator is there to explain. i have to watch the video again to pay attention to the demonstrator.... I'm glad to learn about how to adjust the seat.
Y’all should use some heavier thick models and not skinny models all the time to demonstrate,,,,,so that way we all can really see if the machine wobbles if it’s sturdy I’m just saying but other then that I will order looks great🙂💪🙂
Hmmmm there's a weight limit and why would they use overweight models to sell an exercise product? Use your offended brain! The models are perfect and it's believable that a fit woman would exercise and use that piece of equipment
The weight limit is 225 lbs. So if you weigh more than that, get the pro model. And no one would believe an overweight chick works out at all. She's not trying to be Politically correct in selling her product. Just ridiculous.
I have this machine and it’s sturdy. I use it as compliment to my PT. For me it works and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement and slimmer thighs. (BONUS) My hubby noticed too.
@@jesusisgod4638 No, it isn't heavy enough to gain muscle. It really is more cardio then I hoped. You can always go in hyper slow motion and make more from the rep; wear wrist and ankle weights.
DJ why is it amazing ? I bought it too and never get sore. I don't feel I worked out if not sore and it seems virtually impossible to get arm or back work out unless maybe I try wrist weights. And my knees hurt on it but don't with squats on Smith machine in gym ? Thanks.
I have done heavy squats in the gym but never w feet this close - knees didn't hurt (I use this machine too) but this makes my knees hurt a lot. I'm baffled that all the adverting says the opposite. I'm thinking of building a piece to widen the pedals so feet can be further away. This machine is more cardio bc even with three bands it just doesnt feel like a squat in gym. Remember if you are at a Smith squat machine just the bar alone is usually 40/50lb. Zero weights added. Three bands on this is supposed to be 68lb. And in order to get any arm or back work out you will have to buy wrist weights. If anyone has any other suggestions for knees w this piece please tell me. Thanks.
I've had mine a week. Second day on it I dislocated my knee. Never had issues working out on any machine. Now only a week old the company is making me pay the shipping and 15% stocking fee. Shipping is as much as the machine. Was really excited to use this machine. But the policy has ruined it for anymore purchases from me.
The included assembly instructions overwhelmed me, but there is a RU-vid video of a guy putting one together that I found easy to follow. It probably took me around 30 minutes to put it together while following his instructions.
Buy a Power rider, healthrider, or cardioglide. Same thing, and you can have the added benefit of upper body pegs/pedals. FB Marketplace usually has them for MUCH cheaper.
