The exercise is very old and it is known thanks to one of the strongest people on the planet Alexander Zass. However, it can really have a beneficial effect on the back. I myself use it regularly.
Exercise is a power bar that must be kept with an even body between two identical surfaces. On one edge of the surface we put the heels and on the other the back of the head to the areas of the shoulder blades and hold this position for the maximum time.
