[Ingredients]
Glass noodles 250g
Spinach 150g
Pork (for japchae) 2/3 cup (110g)
Dry tree ear mushroom 1/2 cup (3g)
Onions 2 cups (180g)
Spring onions 2/3 cup (40g)
Carrot 2/3 cups (40g)
Soy sauce 4 tbsp (30g)
Brown sugar 2 tbsp (22g)
Sesame oil 4 tbsp (25g)
Minced garlic 1 tbsp (15g)
Cooking oil 4 tbsp (25g)
Salt 1/3 tbsp (2g)
Sesame seeds 1/2 tbsp (4g)
MSG 1/3 tbsp (2g)
Pepper 1g
Chinese soy sauce 1 tbsp (6g)
[Stir-frying version]
1. Pre-soak glass noodles in water for 30 minutes and boil.
2. Cut the roots and tear each leaf for spinach.
3. Thinly cut the onions.
4. Thinly cut the carrot and cut the green onions diagonally.
5. Pre-soak the wood ear mushroom in water for 30 minutes and cut or tear into bite-sized pieces.
6. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to the frying pan and stir-fry cut up pork with salt.
7. When the pork is halfway done, add onion, carrot, spring onion, wood ear and pepper and stir-fry.
8. When the vegetables are almost done, add spinach.
9. Put the stir-fried vegetables on a big plate.
10. Pre-season the boiled glass noodles with minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and salt.
11. Add the cooked vegetables, mix well, and add some Chinese soy sauce for color.
12. Add sesame oil, put on a plate and sprinkle ground sesame seeds to finish.
[Parboiling version]
1. Pre-soak glass noodles in water for 30 minutes and boil.
2. Cut the roots and tear each leaf for spinach.
3. Thinly slice the onions.
4. Thinly cut the carrot and cut the green onions diagonally.
5. Pre-soak the wood ear mushroom in water for 30 minutes and cut or tear into bite-sized pieces.
6. Put the pork into the noodle water and cook thoroughly.
7. When the exterior is done, add wood ear mushroom, onion, carrot and green onions to parboil.
8. When the vegetables are done, add spinach and cook well.
9. Add minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce and salt to boiled glass noodles.
10. Put the roasted vegetables, add the Chinese soy salt and mix well.
11. Add sesame oil, put on a plate and sprinkle some ground sesame seeds to finish.
[Japchae Rice]
[Ingredients]
Green onions 2 tbsp (10g)
Cooking oil 1 tbsp (6g)
Japchae
Water 1/2 cup (80g)
Sesame oil
1 bowl of rice (200g)
1 egg (50g)
[Recipe]
1. Cut the green onions into little pieces.
1. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry the green onions until golden brown.
3. Add the japchae and some water and stir-fry by mixing softly.
4. When japchae is done, add the sesame oil.
5. Add cooking oil to the pan and fry the egg and sprinkle some salt.
6. Put the rice into a bowl, pour the stir-fried japchae and finish with the fried egg and sesame seeds.
