This show deserves to be nominated for awards period. Actress Tulloch portray as lois lane. Right up there with maggot kidder. Portray if lois lane. Heollchlin portray as superman is right up there with Christopher reeve.

This show is amazing . i think it's my favorite Superman media ever because the writers really get these characters. And to think that I had no faith in it when it was first announced because CW but shame on me. Tyler and Bitsie are amazing in their roles and their chemistry? wowza! You can see how intense it is in the last few mins of this clip. I'm gonna miss S&L when it goes on hiatus tonight.

The Smallville locals that Edge was turning into Kryptonians didn't have *any* non-human genes at all and they not only had full powers, but somehow knew how to use them without practice. I don't think it's too much to imagine that using the same process on a half-Kryptonian couldn't trigger full powers on a more lasting basis.

@@daniels7907 They knew how to use them because Tal-Rho(Morgan Edge) put the souls of deceased kryptonians into the civilians bodies and they took over. That’s what happened to “Leslie Larr” and that’s why she’s evil.

@@darkarrow3683 - You missed the point. Edge put the minds that *had already been stored* into human bodies. The minds themselves were explicitly stated as not being active while stored in the Eradicator device. So they couldn't possibly *learn* anything while in that state. Larr and the rest were evil because Zeta-Rho seems to have deliberately chosen Kryptonians who would be fully on board with conquering another planet to store in the Eradicator. Which makes sense, because most Kryptonians could have just left Krypton in spacecraft if they were up for that sort of thing.

Jonathan and Jordan have both done about the same amount of things in the first season. Both played football a bit, went to the same parties. Went to school, got into trouble, have been in pain. Neither one has really done a lot outside of that.

@@mcstacia Jordan got to go to the fortress, got a football storyline (not just present, but a related plot) an angst girlfriend storyline, even had an episode about his Kryptonian cold, now kidnapped and possessed etc. Jonathan had a good moment when he saw his mother die on the alternate earth via a video, but otherwise all his scenes are about what’s going on with other characters, not him. I just like his wholesome vibe, and want to see him get in on the action a bit more.

@@dracsbee I keep saying it, it's all in your head about Johnathan sideline. lol, I strongly disagree with all things you say because I hate misinformation and exaggeration of the truth. when the first ep air who had a girlfriend and played football Johnathan, when Jordan had a Kryptonian cold who was with him Johnathan and his parent. Johnathan has a story where broke his hands and he was trapped in a steel van where was Jordan. Jordan & Johnathan life interconnected and shared many scenes together. All stuff you list is where bad things happen Jordan, so you wishing for more bad things to happen to Johnathan is basically kid foolish. who was one fired the gun at Edge? Johnathan The main/leading character is Lois& superman and the second is twins where both have shared scenes and sometimes sub-story apart from each other. Clark had to carry Jordan had a go to the fortress, not for playing time but to heal and you are acting as it was an introduction ep to grandfather. I can continue to contradict all the things list and show they both had equal part but there are Jordan haters out there and see everything in their own way which totally lies and misinformation.

In a way it was good for Jon not to have powers. The dichotomy of Jordan having dad's powers, and Jon having dad's heart and courage works really well. That said, him not having any powers, in fact neither of them having any powers growing up just irritates me. It's right up there with people close to Clark not recognizing he's Superman because of the glasses. But OK, that second one is an in Universe trope right from the beginning. But if you're going to respect the in Universe dictums then not having some powers shouldn't happen. Let's say all of their vision powers and flight need time for their bodies to process solar energy to work, OK. But their physical makeup is inherent right at birth. Strength and invulnerability come from differential body mass density to humans. Genetically, their senses should be superhuman from birth. Clark isn't just a little stronger than humans, he's thousands of times stronger. If the kids even had a fraction of that, let alone half as strong, they would still be way stronger than any human. I can only just add this issue to my suspension of disbelief about what happens in Superhero movies and shows.
