I made it and it came out so delicious. I love that the amount is just perfect for one person. I used whipped cream instead of powdered sugar and of course with the strawberries. It’s so yummy. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

We usually spread raspberry or strawberry jam on top of the pancake and roll it into a roll.

Can I use Margarine? I am Lactose Intolrent.
