Please bear in mind that Jerk seasoning is spicy and sweet chili sauce is slightly spicy so becareful with the amount of jerk marinade/seasoning used.
Ingredients:
4 Salmon fillet pieces (weighing about 4-5 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil rubbed on to the salmon pieces
Maggi chicken seasoning to taste (If you prefer you may use a seasoned salt of your choice)
1 1/2 tsps Ginger powder
Black pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp Jerk wet seasoning/marinade mixed with a few drops Browning (You may use the jerk marinade recipe in my ebook or your favourite brand)
Oil greasing the foil lined baking tray
1 cup Sweet chili sauce (more or less)

Broil 500F for about 8 minutes,
6 inches under the broiler
Then baste with sauce and broil again but this time, about 2-3 minutes closer to the heat element (about 3 inches under)
