No wonder they're related to Mosasaurs! I bet by that movement alone, that's probably how they swam. Komodo Dragons remind me of the Platecarpus as it was a much smaller mosasaur.
They swim so seamlessly. I can just imagine the tail evolving into a fluke and the limbs becoming flippers, and you get a mosasaur (that's literally how they evolved from ancient monitor lizard relatives).
More like tiger's. Due to tiger's being excellent swimmers. Unlike Lion's which are terrible at swimming. Especially the male lion's with their huge absorbant mane. Sure they can swim just not as well.
