Well, I still miss an answer about the cells and their age of 3 years delivered to Andy from Off-grid garage ?! and my own order of a BMS went totally wrong and I am quite happy to not have bought the old cells or ready built batteries after the mess others had experienced too cause they have had to pay the taxes and customs and handling fees twice thanks for the delivery of a mason battery kit (no cells) in 2 deliveries with the box first and later the BMS incl. a bill of the full kit which then lead to another custom handling and declaration fee nightmare cause the full battery kit had to be paid at the customs again simply due to this bill even though everything had been already paid at alibaba. Sales might be strong but I guess there is a lot going on in the forums cause this had happened over and over again inside the EU where people wrote complaints which finally stopped me from buying the seplos mason battery (ready to use ) nor the mason battery kit incl. cells (luckily Andi had unveiled the scam cause a 2022 delivered cell is not brand new if had been made in 2019) nor the battery kit. We simply get the BMS - nacked as they are and via a third party dealer who is capable of doing proper business with someone from the EU countries. Saved us a lot of money to get buy from a third party dealer in China and who had meanwhile shipped 2 dozens of them after the first 3 deliveries had been pretty good (time and budgetwise) Pretty disappointing experience regarding Seplos and trust and care and honesty (cell age) , but I hope the BMS will work quite long. Hope that SEPLOS will improve more in 2023 and that we do not see such scams and terribly expensive shippings (just by using the wrong provider like Fedex asking for 60€ customs and fees while your 3rd party dealer was able to find a carrier where I simply had to pay less than 9€ instead of 60€ which are even more than 1:1 $.
