I was over 500lb recently.. You might not believe it, but I just lost 25lb in under 2 weeks. A big part of the reason for this of course was my diet and fasting window. But what’s really funny is that most of my meals had Turmeric as part of the meat seasoning.. It’s just funny and awesome to me that this video just got uploaded when it did. Thanks for all that you do Thomas. You’re helping to inspire me to change my life 😊🙏🏾

I'm happy to know this, because I am taking Turmeric daily with flaxseeds. I wanna say thank you, because your channel changed my life. I'm 50 years old, but looking 40. :) Share my Turmeric recipe here, basically it's a modified Keto cocoa, 1). MCT oil ( c8 100%) 1tbsp 2). Grass fed butter 1oz 3).Dutch processed cocoa powder 5g, 4).Turmeric 10g 5).ground Flaxseed 10g 6).200g hot water. Blending together. I usually make it in the morning together with my keto coffee, then put it in the refrigerator for dinner. I've been taking it for a year, and tried different Turmeric recipes. This one is the best for me, good absorption rate and tasty. Black pepper gave a lot of pain to my stomach. Coconut oil can make Turmeric tasty but it's not a good idea to take too much Coconut oil. Ground chia seeds make it bitter to me. Hope you can find a better one based on this recipe.

military injuries have crippled me for years. the VA had me on oxycontin and methadone which caused a lot of problems. I began taking turmeric daily in large amounts and my pain went away. I was able to stop all meds which enabled me to fly my plane again and return to ranching. These kind of topics and how you present it: marvelous. I just want to add 2 little things... First, there is a holy trinity of plants in the ginger family: curcuma, ginger, and galangal. Ginger is even stronger for pain relief and anti-inflammatory than curcuma. dried ginger also enhances metabolic base rate. Second, curcuma is known to activate the feeding =waste clearing potential of macrophages, without intesifying the inflammation on that path. thanks again, keep this up!

Which is both "ecological" and fed a natural diet ie no wheat or other mass produced food pills. Retentive farming as well is a prerequisite to do biodynamic meats. I believe the solution is many small local farms with restorative farming techniques. Both for health and mother Gaia.

Yep, turmeric am good, use it daily. I've been wanting to try pork again, after years of not eating it. I like that they take good care of their animals. But not good with ingredients: "natural flavors" (what's that?), "water" (not filtered?), "sugar" (aka refined, bleck), "vinegar" (you mean, like what I clean stuff with?), and all the other non-organic ingredients (no indicators of being so).

If you have an injury you need to rest that injury until healed. However, if you're adamant on continuing some form of exercise you'll find that swimming has very little strenuous effects on joints. If you don't partake in any exercise and shift your dietary lifestyle to ketogenic and combine this with intermittent fasting it is very unlikely you will gain weight

I make my own 50/50 blend of tumeric & neem (900mg) pills. I take one daily. I've been doing the OMAD thing, too and have went from 294lbs to 275lbs in two weeks. And my stomach is not bloated since cutting all carbs. I'm excited, but my goal is to up my game. 36hr FAST kicks my azz. I'm getting closer to finishing one successfully.

Are you taking electrolytes when you fast? I only ask because I recently did a 36-hour fast successfully, but near the end of it, my heart was racing, and I did not feel good at all. I realized with more research that I should have been consuming electrolytes with my water intake.

@@FelineAdrenaline Absolutely. I use a company called BRAIN FORZA - 'SUPER FAST' electrolytes. It cost $39.99 on eBay. I use a teaspoon in my coffee and it is the #1 support for fasting. Yeah. You could've passed out.

If you buy organic tumeric then it should be a good quality; cheap tumeric can contain dyes and heavy metals such as lead (can RU-vid how to tell apart). Getting the cellulose capsules with tumeric inside is fine; can take with water or break the capsule. Should get tumeric and black pepper; black pepper increases absorption

Thomas, since mTOR and the Inflammation Pathway are involved with muscle growth and Curcumin can impair both, it seems like we would need to time Curcumin intake to take advantage of all of its other positive effects without slowing down muscle growth. I don't see how to use it.
