EASY CHICKEN and Potato CURRY
Ingredients:
1 kg - chicken on the bone
3-4 - potatoes cubed
Blend/puree
1 - large onion
1 - large tomato
3-4 - cloves of garlic
1inch - ginger
Whole Spices
4 - cloves
4 - cardamon
1inch - stick cinnamon
Other Spices
1tsp - Turmeric powder
1tsp - Coriander powder
11/2 tsp - Cumin powder
1tsp - Garam masala
2tsp - Kashmiri Chilli powder or paprika
4-5tbsp - Oil
Salt to taste.
