Great job Mike 👌👍 I have the first batch 35 for a year now. More than 15 fuel tanks & I like it. No comparison to other 34’s reeds. Taylor for the win!
I personally build and tune engines in Japan. I was very interested in the thoughts and opinions in this video. However, in my country, such large radio-controlled cars are only imported, so it is a pity that they are not played much.
Me and my Dad just bought two 88 Deoblo from Detroit Performance waiting till Father's Day for the builds amazing work man, just finished converting my Rovan 4×4 buggy into 90% Rc max built prof Losi 2.0 monster all is left is a Rc max Engine.
As soon as i heard you say "i dont have a problem admitting that i need help and that someone is better then me at certain aspects " it shows me just how much you care about putting out the best product you can.. you guys are awesome and i love both the engines i have purchased they are insane! I will never buy from anyone else..
Just awesome! The most exciting small bore since the v1! You are killing it brother! Can’t wait to add the v2 and the 70 to the stable of internal combustion artwork in my shop! You da man Mike!
Super awesome breakdown and a explanation! Welcome to the two kids gang! Gotta say mike totally impressed by your level of commitment and dedication to the sport!
Sir great video! I’ve been in the hobby for many years I’ve been running stock zenoha g320 engines and they have never failed me. I’m ready to get a special engine and I don’t want to say what I was going to get but I’m going to wait until this 35v2 comes out!!! Done deal!!!
Really well thought out design. Potential realized. Hard work pays off. When can I get the 46/49cc version? I’d buy the first one off the production line!
is it possible to make an Upgrade kit that i can benefit from better fuel like 102 octane and switch to water cooling. I do stupid things like high Motor load on low speed and i want a light car. and i wish me a silent Exhaust with a deep tone, so no body need's ear protection and all looking for the Supra XD
I'm currently in the process of buying that engine for my Losi DBLX 2.0 it's brand new still in the box I was wondering if you could help me with putting together a list for upgrades I can purchase with that engine to be installed with the it ?
Morning Antonio, the dbxl 2.0 is actually fairly tough, we have been impressed. A set of alloy diff housings wouldnt hurt for safety, sadly we dont have stock. But otherwise the 35 will just drop in place of the current zenoah engine pretty much and off you go for more power!
very interested in this engine, ive not long purchased an ESP 34cc Race Ported engine, but its not as good as i thought it would be, lacks bottom end power and ive tried 2 different pipes with it (Olimat unsilenced & Bartelone mid bleed) I've also tried diff carbs including the 1107 modified one from Taylor Rc. Also tried different gearing etc. So my question is, will this V2 give much more bottom end power than a 34 race ported such as my ESP piston port engine? Because i don't want to shell out £800 only ti find performance is similar to what i already have!? Any info much appreciated...Also i read in last comment here form someone that the V2 comes supplied with a cheap chinese coil & crappy pull start... is this so!? Thanks in advance!
Good morning, thanks for the interest. Bottom end grunt whilst keeping rpm has become what the 35 is famous for, but for your own good research i would make sure to watch some actual running video too to see it with your own eyes! The long stroke and Long rod crank (which no other cheap small engine has) and our innovative port layout makes for lots and lots of grunt. We did use the (proven and much loved by most i should add) BWS starter for the earlier 35s, but changed it to an upgraded better one more recently to ensure we are ahead of the competition. Our coil has been close to 100% reliable and quality equal or better to any brand on the market, i can only assume such a comment is from a friend of a competitor brand. Our engines come with manufacturing defect warranties anyway.
@@TAYLORRC hi buddy! ...ok great, thanks alot for info, it will be for my dbxl 2.0, im interested in the 9.5k clutch & also the 1257 carb you have on your website bought as a combo, will this engine just drop right in? or will i need other parts to fit it to my chassis? Also what gearing would you recommend for pinion, i have a vertigo clutch bell at present? And finally, do you have any promo code or offers on atm :) ?Cheers!
@@tizdaz5698 nice one! For the DBXL 2.0, the V2 Billet rc piston port style engine will drop right in. Only mod (same as any billet case engine) is just to shave a little off the bottom underneath plastic engine bracket for the dbxl. If you want the reed, same mod to bottom bracket but also remember the carb is in a different place so cage mod is required. Vertigo is best, nice one, i would go with a 23T pinion
Awesome info mike that v2 cylinder looks no joke a freaking sick bro. Looks like some amazing power gains in the v2.its gonna be nasty. I cant wait to see some awesome teaser footage. “You can’t solve a problem on the same level that it was created. You have to rise above it to the next level.” 💪🤙✌️
