It is so nice to see people who want to work! I live in an area where everyone just wants food stamps and unemployment (not to critize when people trully need a hand up-that is different) We had to travel out of town for a conference and it was so nice to see people working in the area we were visiting. Landscaping looks fabulous. Hope none of it was damaged with the hurricane. FYI- your front window decoration was the best part of the video!!!!😊

Fully agree about the Washingtonia palm. I don't understand why people want them. Our neighbor has one (or a similar palm) and was on her roof to trim it 😱 I went over and tried to get her to come down - thought she would fall. Another neighbor also expressed concern. Thankfully, she came down after getting more of the ugly shedding off and we didn't have to call the fire dept🤣🤣🤣 Ty so much for all ur vids!!!❤ New yard looks amazing!

My favorite part of the makeover was the drip irrigation. I had home in California with a third of an acre of landscape with no grass and each plant had their own drip emitters. It is really an efficient watering system. I plan to watch this episode again.

Hi Jerry and Linda, thanks for the landscaping videos, I love that topic. Usually I watch you on my television, no way to leave a comment there, so I had to turn on my smart phone to say how satisfying it was to see those Washingtonias come down. I don't like those "skirts" either. Plus, when I see palms near a house I think of the time we visited friends in Tampa and learned theirs had palmetto bugs, which they said are 2-3 inches across, round, flying roaches! Made me think if we ever move to FL we will not have palms near the house, yikes! Will you all have a video talking about how TV fared during the hurricane? Best wishes!
