@@theancientsam He was also the strongest when he beat up Semi-Perfect Cell, since Goku was training in the hyperbolic time chamber to catch up during that fight. Ofcourse, he ruined that too by allowing Cell to become perfect. Also, technically he was the strongest fighter on the planet when he first landed on Earth in the Saiyan saga. Goku never actually beat him. It was a combined group effort that knocked him down and nearly got him killed, but in terms of sheer power, he outclassed everyone.

@@jordandennis6794 It's crazy to think that if Goku had been there and been in tip top fighting shape, he would have gotten his ass beat too. The androids, at this part of the story, just far outclass the Saiyans. We're not used to seeing Goku get absolutely demolished without him having a fighting chance, but that's what would have happened here if he would have tried.
