Here is my comment on how the cards I drew will reflect the debate: Interpretation of my cards, requires my willingness to be led through multi layers of meaning and time. Show me the debate for trump…and we get cards of hope and for Biden toxicity yet we know that my viewers and I hope for trump’s demise and so I accept that the opposite might be true. Trump provides us with hope (that these chaotic times will end via justice and truth emerging) and unfortunately Biden is the recipient of much toxicity. This is in line with my previous predictions on the debate, that the debate will be hard on Biden too. It’s not merely a walk in the park. Hope never is…I then asked for clarification and got similar cards that I always get for trump’s downfall and his ending. Laying out cards is a very personal thing and they are prompts for my clairvoyance not a means within themselves. I discourage others interpreting my readings as it is not theirs and card meanings are layered, complex and follow narratives from previous readings and the threads of the event…past, present and future. That is the complexity of divination and it is an act that only the reader, the psychic does. At the end of the day, my predictions are always tested by time and I put much faith on the line however in part I agree that an election win can not be taken for granted based on how loathe some trump is and always will be though I have hope that every time it’s on the line, the truth always emerges and that is what I put my hope in, including in the debate.

I feel like tarot is a language, spoken between the reader and the cards. The cards have general meanings, but those meanings take on much nuance that's known to the reader. I can't read other reader's cards, nor do I try to, because nobody can read mine like I read them. I trust intuitive guidance more than I trust cards anyway; the cards are a means to the end. They're a tool to focus and provide prompts. I love how you say this Maryann!

I'm the same way! I've got a soft spot in my heart for Joe. I'm from Philly and I remember when he was the youngest man elected to the Senate and all the tragedy he faced. When you look at all the politicians that are kissing trump's A$$, I think our Joe is fearless because he has faced the worst that can happen to any human being and survived, he can survive a coward like trump. I know he'll handle it brilliantly, but I just can't stand the orange turd so I'll wait for Morning Joe hi-lights to watch our Joe shine.

As An Irish man and nationalist I want unification for the good of our island. The Brexit situation really pointed out the stupidity of the split but looking at everywhere Britannia has held sway splitting up countries has been her forte..leaving community discord behind. The origin descent by the protestant north was due to fear that home rule was Rome rule and that the republic was agrarian rather than industrial..that has changed in the years since then. The Republic has one of the best economies in the world, The RC church has been put in it's place. Ireland is still an EU member and an active one.

You're right, of course! Britain created the Irish divide along religious lines by pouring money into Ulster *a Protestant community* as well as taking simple rights from the Catholics. If the Irish fought amongst themselves, the Brits job was done. It was never a religious war, but a war drawn by opposing religion lines. As a US person of 100% Irish descent, I, too, am happy for Ireland to heal and work together to bring its gifts to the world.

The division profiled in the 1922 treaty was manufactured, like the Pakistan/India divide with the migration of protestants from the Republic towards the six counties and the reverse from the catholic population of the North southwards towards the Free State. The result was an unbalanced population in both with the disenfranchisement of the Catholics in the North, a ministate based on racism and cumunitarism with all power held by the Protestants. The actual demographics these days show a balancing of both communities with the Nationalists edging upwards in numbers.

You were right. My brain hurts from watching this debate. It was equally crazy on both sides for different reasons. I have faith in Joe but he was over prepared and flustered with the time restrictions. Sadly, he did not appear to have the inner strength I feel he possesses. I’m rolling up my spiritual manifesting sleeves and seeing…feeling the election going to Joe. Tonight was nothing more than word salad. The Truth will prevail.

Oh Maryanne - just finished watching bits of the debate. I was stunned at how quiet and non confrontational Biden was. I love him. I do. And now I am afraid for our democracy. But I also feel you are more than right about finding our spirit and our connection. Our true connection is the key at this point. Finding the strength within to be stable from there - not reliant on outside forces, or outside norms. Do things need to get worse on the outside to drive us back to our true center? You know more about US government/politics than the average American. I taught American Government for years when I was in Washington state. Glad to be retired. Yeah when I hear the left lionizing him it bugs me that many people, even on the left, don't seem to be aware that dirty trickster Roger Stone coordinated with Julian Assange, who was working for Russia's RT at the time, to drop Clinton and DNC e-mails into the campaign just a few days after Trump shouted out to Russia, "Russia, if you're listening"..... These e-mails were hacked by Russian military intelligence. This was what Stone was arrested for and pardoned by Trump. This was covered by the Mueller Report but much of that was minimized by the GOP so many liberals even, didn't know. Assange helped us get that monster as president. He also pointed out US war crimes but he never did the same for Putin. He's against the U.S. obviously, on a one-way Putin street. So I'm soured on him, I have no sympathy for him anymore. It's difficult when I hear many on the left celebrating him. I can't forgive him.

I have no sympathy for him whatsoever. He was complicit in giving us 45. As a result, we are now a country of ptsd. How many lives could have been saved if he hadn't been in power during the pandemic? His handling of it was atrocious. Not to mention our operatives killed because their information was handed over to countries that would like nothing more than to watch us sink. Our democracy is at risk. Assange was definitely complicit. Sorry, I have no sympathy for him at all.
