He also technically didn’t commit a crime, because SMP Earth didn’t establish any international statutes signed by all members by then. Can’t break a law that doesn’t exist.

Also the fact that he was even somewhat willing to give it all back just for some diamonds, and with seemingly no strings attached, which is an amazing deal when you consider the land that belonged to techno would have likely held a majority of the diamonds on the server meaning he would get more if that deal wouldn't go through.

Im confused as how invading another contry would be considered a war crime, sure its war, but war and war crimes aren't the same thing. I mean sure, they would end up in a war, and if they won they could sue him for reparations but it wouldn't really be for war crimes.
