It SUPER IMPORTANT you use a whey casein blend as it affects the consistency of the cookie. If you go straight whey protein you'll need to play around with the amount of milk needed for sure.
1. Can I use different of protein powder? 2. How much time you put the cookie in fridge? And do you freeze it? 3. Can I bake it for 1 or 2 minute or it needs to be only at fridge? 4. Can I switch the cake batter to another taste?

I swapped a couple ingredients as I didn't have them on hand, so I used Orgain Organic Protein powder I get at Costco and almond extract instead of cake batter it turned out perfect and delicious!
