This is seriously the most underrated girl group ever. 4 different beauties with killer vocals and an original style. Personally I take British girl groups over the American ones any day. I'm a huge fan of Spice Girls, Sugababes, Atomic Kitten, Mis-Teeq, All Saints and The 411. Sadly the latter disappeared after just three songs.
@@juneculhane9302 I bought it at that time, it's a very good album. My favorite tracks are _China Girl, Forever Begins, Don't Want to Talk About It, What If It Was You_ .
The beat, the video, the styling, the lyrics (domestic violence) - all so original in it's time. Loved this so much back then and still holds now. Hasn't aged.
Have you found any other versions? At the very end of this video there is a fragment of a different version and that seems a better and more interesting version. I would love to find the whole thing. www.youtube.com/watch?
Wow totally forgot this song even existed 😮 Also, Dumb was one of the best songs to ever come out of the 00’s wish these girls had more recognition amazing girl group ❤️

Professeur de français en Gde-Bretagne, il y a qq années on m'a demandé en Décembre de montrer une chanson de Noël qui sortait de l'ordinaire aux élèves. J'ai pensé à ce classique de JDutronc, on a passé un bon moment.
I really don't unterstand why this didn't get popular. My favourite radio station bigFM in Cologne plays this song every Thursday ("Throwback Thursday"). The girls, vocals, sound, video - what a cool, smooth, amazing track!
What's odd about this song is that the girls singing it are all gorgeous and when I was married, my then wife would say I was only watching videos like this because of the girls and yet the lyrics describe our relationship.
They released an album, which I have, and I think that was their downfall. It seems like it was very rushed just to get something out. There are a few good tracks on it that weren't singles but it's largely mediocre and that bit them on ass. It was only in the charts for 3 weeks and it is the reason that Sony dropped them. That's just an opinion though, but when the singles are this strong they make it obvious the album tracks aren't at the same level. Also I don't think their song Teardrops was well received despite being excellent, it charted at 23. They reformed as Sunshyne and then disbanded, then they reformed The 411 with a new line up, as 2 of the girls were no longer interested in pursuing a singing career, they disbanded again a short time later.
@@goawayleavemealone2880 pretty sure they kicked one member (Carolyn, if I recall correctly) out for being white. They wanted to follow the template set by Destiny's Child and thought an all black trio would work better
