I reserved the 2 door Badlands, probably go with the High or Lux package, unsure of color still torn on that one, 7 speed manual, probably 33 all terrain tires as this will also be my daily driver on occasion. just hoping I don't have to wait until 2022 to get one!

Great info Jorge! I have a Badlands reserved with you. Definitely going with the Sasquatch and Mid package. Adding the High depends on the cost of these packages. I would rather spend the extra $$ on 2.7L EcoBoost v the High package.

Good overview. I reserved a Badlands and don't plan on ordering it with the Sasquatch package. Badlands already includes 33" tires in your choice of AT (which I prefer) or MT and it has the upgraded HOSS suspension and front and rear lockers that the Sasquatch package includes. I think the 285 AT tires should ride better, quieter and with better gas mileage than the 315 MT tires. I would only buy the Sasquatch package if I planned on doing lots of off-road travel that required maximum ground clearance. I wouldn't waste my money on it simply because I thought it looked cool. My sister reserved an Outer Banks because she doesn't plan on doing any serious off-roading and she likes the refined look with body-color fender flares and fancy 18" wheels. If she were to add the Sasquatch package it would ruin the refined appearance, in my opinion, and add a bunch of expensive features she doesn't want or need. It would no longer be an Outer Banks Bronco at that point. I think it's wise to find the "Goldilocks" size of tires for your needs - the size that is not too big and not too small, but is just right. The perceived need to always have bigger tires reminds me of the ever present need to have a bigger engine in your vehicle even if it is way oversized for your needs. It seems like some kind of compensation phenomenon...

Hello, thanks for video! I preordered 2 door badlands. My question is does the lux package include the Sasquatch also? Or is that above the lux. Also when they say Msrp range does that mean if u got highest package it would not go past the high msrp listed?

Unless I'm missing something, I don't see the point of pairing a Badlands with the Sasquatch package. Its just tires and wheels. Badlands already has everything else. Am I wrong? Id rather get tires myself and not get saddled with Goodyears.

Do they think dealers will get one before we can order to test drive them?

First of all ford really has to change the sassy package to include manual for a lot of ppl. Second of all, the sassy package needs to have an option to go with 35 MT or 35 AT tires. I can see the MT tire really turning off the some ppl. Imagine going straight to the tire shop after driving off the lot and spending an extra $1k and up just to switch to AT. Seems like a pain in the ass.

That 360 camera should be a option thats not in a package

One other question that I have is the hard top on the Outerbanks 4 door. Will that option come as an added accessory or is it added to any of the packages? I don't get why Ford thought it necessary to put a soft top on the Outerbanks version when it is leaning more to a more casual use.

I had a '98 Ranger 4x4 that came from the factory with Firestone AT tires. Firestone had a problem with tread-separation with their tires so Ford offered to pay for replacement tires of similar capability. Ironically, I had gotten over 100K miles (mostly expressway) on my Firestones. I opted to upgrade to Goodyear Wrangler ATs for better performance off-road and in snow. They would not balance though, and caused a lot of vibration in my steering wheel and seat. I went back to my Goodyear dealer repeatedly and they kept replacing tires with new ones and still they would not balance. Finally, I agreed to go with Wrangler RTs (an all-season tire). They balanced okay but didn't perform as well off-road or in snow as my Firestone ATs. The last set of tires I got for my Ranger were BF Goodrich ATs and they balanced beautifully and performed well in all the conditions I used them in. I had a similar problem with tires that would not balance on my '07 Sport Trac when I tried to replace my worn-out tires with Wrangler AT Silent Armors. My Ford dealer took the vehicle to a larger dealership they also owned and tried to load-force balance them and they still wouldn't balance. I am very sour on Goodyear Wrangler tires. I would much prefer BFG ATs if I could specify them on my new Bronco.

Ford really messed up when it requires you to get the auto with the Sasquatch or the v6 it’s like they offered the 7 manual just to top Jeep but don’t want anyone to order it. So I’ll have to get the badlands to get lockers but with 33s not the 35s I want. Major fail ford.

The Sasquatch package will cost around 10k to add. 1.$4500-$5000k for the Sasquatch package itself. 2. Comes with 10spd transmission $1600 3. Probably want the 2.7 EcoBoost six over the 2.3 EcoBoost four with the extra mass and weight of the Sasquatch package. So add another $3500k. These Broncos are gonna quickly be in F150 territory. I'm talking XLT and up!
