I administered TTFD 100mg along with Mg Glycinate 200mg immediately to my mother who I felt has had Beriberi for many years. Her doctors kept prescribing her medications to address symptoms, but providing no answers. In just 3 days of taking it, her GERD, motility, muscle cramps, bloating, fatigue, vertigo, are already at more than 50% improved. You are a life saver! I cannot thank you enough

also minerals MINED from rocks are SUPER SIMILAR to taking some sand paper and grinding off some iron with it into your salad...THE FRUITS N VEGGIES in that salad already have minerals and vitamins in them, and properly configured for your body, THAT IS WHAT PLANTS DO...people should know better than to eat rocks mined from the ground as they generally have 100% the opposite SPIN STATE required to be bio-available to your physiology...yet of coarse the mass & alternative media fans are so programmed with corporate BS that it's very hard to explain even these basic facts to most of them...far too enamored of lies/half truths.

My father-in-law died from a thiamine deficiency because he couldn't absorb it properly for some reason. The doctors only realized it while he was quite litterly on his death bed. By that point the damage was irreversible. Fortunatly, it wasn't yet too late for my husband. I started giving him supplements as soon as we found out. It's brought him back to his old self again. I have been watching your videos on thiamine, and I'm very intrigued. I have dysautonomia which includes, POTS, low blood pressure, severe gastroparesis and body temperature regulation. In addition to that I also have chronic diarrhea, severe nausea, no appetite (anorexia), wasting, neuropathic pain in my feet, muscle aches and fatigue. I've been struggling most with my gastroparesis, lack of appetite and have been looking for solutions to remedy that so I can gain weight! I've begun eating a ketogenic diet that I would say is about 90% carnivore. Though I have less nausea, other things are not improving at all. Since my doctors have written me off as neurotic, or just some complainer, I don't feel like convincing them to help me with thiamine therapy. So, if I want to self-medicate with a thiamine supplement, can I use benfotiamine and if so, how much should I be taking? Do I have to use TTFD? The Objective Nutrients website is sold out!

Okay you are very deficient in nutrient. Go to a naturalpathy doctor get your intercellular blood work done. Hospitals won't do it and it will come out of your pocket, but you are describing everything I went thru for almost 5 yrs till a nurse slipped my husband a note saying what i'm saying to you....Go to a Natural path and get an Inter cellular blood test done. Hospital will only give you serum test and it only shows what you eaten in nutrients for the last day or so. You need to know what is actually in the Cells. I was so nutrient deficient that I was put on an IV full of tons of nutrients every 10 days for a year in half and about 3/4 the way thru I learned about the Lion Diet and saw even more improvements. I had just been on keto like you, and I was even having a hard time keeping any thing down. Except chicken slather in a fatty sauce I could eat it about every couple days and keep it down. Also Dr Ken Berry is who I followed to learn about the PHD and Elliot who is my hero! jGasstropareses is a bitch! But I can say after being Lion/Carnivore for about 2 yrs now, i'm actually starting to feel the gastropareses not being as active. So maybe it is healing also, which would be great cuz my doc said it was all down hill from there. Good luck hope you can get to the bottom of it, I know how sick your really are. Vitamin D is very important for your stomach if it under 65 to 85 i'd try upping it as well. I find my stomach does much better if I keep it between 75 and 85. If you don't get this fixed it gets a lot worse, I started to have symptom like seizures and lost the ability to stand or walk. I know can stand on my own and walk!

I have blood pressure issues, It kept going up when I had certain foods. I isolated MSG years ago, and what it's hidden in like natural flavors, artificial flavors, and high fructose corn syrup. I checked the labels, but still there was something triggering the rise, it was nitrates. What threw me a curve was Thiamine Mononitrate, It would raise my blood pressure 24 hours after ingesting it, and it would stay up a couple of days. It's in so many things, enriched flour, my vitamins. So if you have a problem with nitrates, you might want to check the labels for Thiamine Mononitrate. It really sucks not being able to eat the foods you love, or go out to eat with family or friends. I had to turn down pizza dinner the other night.

I do not use the TTFD that I have at 100 mg, because everytime I have tried it, I get the rash around outside edge of my lips, indicative of low Thiamine. This is awesome info. When I get in a financial position to spend 100$ a month on thiamax, and 400 MG of magnesium and a high complex B vitamin I'll try it out..till then it's only costing me 55$ twice a year to use my cpap. Which is used for cpap supplies. But this info is quite telling..
@lisathompson5500
@lisathompson5500 Год назад
You get what you pay for. Your cpap is helping with one condition but creating another further down the road as you use it. The sicker you get the more expensive the drugs get. I use to be on cpap also then I followed Dr. Ken Berry advice the last 4 yrs and I no longer take any meds or use a cpap, and all I had to do was listen and follow his instruction and it worked like a charm, just had to switch the foods I was eating. Over time found my grocery bill was even lower then it was before. Been eating this way for awhile. Do at least 3 months before you give up, it takes time for the body to heal and it has a particular order it likes to heal in and that is not on your time schedule. Good luck! You have to eat so eat right and heal your body!

I have a kidney transplant that requires immunosuppression. These drugs seem to have compounded long term gut issues, malabsorption (maybe SIBO). It seems I will always be working to resolve previous issues and relieve intense symptoms as corticosteroids do a number on the gut (is it even possible to resolve my issues?). I consume a Carnivore-Keto diet which has been very helpful in relieving many symptoms, however, I watched you discussing how high fat may also prevent good absorption of thiamine. I do feel slightly better when taking b vitamins, but want to try higher doses of thiamine. Still trying to discern which thiamine is safest for me and at what dose. Having a transplant is amazing, but it is frustrating hearing my doctors express that my chronic fatigue, brain fog/confusion, etc., is just something I need to accept and live with. They simply will not help me figure out how to thrive with a transplant which seems so wasteful and sad, so here I am, years later, trying to make myself better on my own. Thank you for your information and research, Eliot. It is helpful.

Hi Cynthia, how are you doing now? I've taken a lot of immune suppressants too, mainly mycophenolate mofeteil, to suppress auto immune muscle condition. I have had the same gut issues, which stem from the way the suppressants work, by reducing red and white blood cell numbers and affecting at DNA level. Basically i could barely function. By reducing dose and suppelemting high vit D3 magnesium zinc and also taking milk thistle (many benefits) and taking lots of probiotics I've been able to get my gut back to working properly again. I've just started B1 hcl slowly at 50mg twice a day and its having a great effect. I hope you can reduce your suppressants in this way to help improve your quality of life. Also, my mother had only one kidney which was failing and she was able to keep it stable for many years by taking nano particle magnesium, ionic, by a company called good state. It allows magnesium to get through all the tiny blood vessels. See the magnesium miracle by Carolyn dean.

@@TonyVega123 There's a link in this blog there's a "Benfotiamine and Lipothiamine" link. You can find out about sulbutiamine by clicking that link. Navigating Thiamine Supplements by Derrick Lonsdale MD, FACN, CNS - www.hormonesmatter.com/navigating-thiamine-supplements/ That link leads you to this bit of research in PubMed: Benfotiamine, a synthetic S-acyl thiamine derivative, has different mechanisms of action and a different pharmacological profile than lipid-soluble thiamine disulfide derivatives. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18549472/ "Our results show that, though benfotiamine strongly increases thiamine levels in blood and liver, it has no significant effect in the brain. This would explain why beneficial effects of benfotiamine have only been observed in peripheral tissues, while sulbutiamine, a lipid-soluble thiamine disulfide derivative, that increases thiamine derivatives in the brain as well as in cultured cells, acts as a central nervous system drug. We propose that benfotiamine only penetrates the cells after dephosphorylation by intestinal alkaline phosphatases. It then enters the bloodstream as S-benzoylthiamine that is converted to thiamine in erythrocytes and in the liver. Benfotiamine, an S-acyl derivative practically insoluble in organic solvents, should therefore be differentiated from truly lipid-soluble thiamine disulfide derivatives (allithiamine and the synthetic sulbutiamine and fursultiamine) with a different mechanism of absorption and different pharmacological properties."

@@rihla3401 I have discovered a new method of taking B1 through the skin. You crush it into powder and with a wet hand rub it into the skin of the body, the neck without the limbs. After 30 minutes, it passes 100% into the blood through osmosis. Orally, it does not penetrate the body more than 5%, because this happens through a mediator, which is present in high doses in babies and children, and in adults it is drastically reduced. Taking it by injection is extremely inconvenient. You will easily determine the dose yourself, when it is an overdose it simply does not work. A larger dose may be used for the first time. Usually 5 mg every 3-4 days.Constant intake of B1 leads to perfect health and nothing else is needed.

I’m still on the high dose about 2gm mostly benfo some hcl. I can’t say I see definite change. What is weird is since I’ve been taking it, my microdosing of melatonin has hit a bit of a snag: no longer can I work out indefinitely without any muscle or bone pain whatsoever. But I never quite trusted it, so maybe now it’s back to actually repairing torn muscles, so I rate it as a positive, at least I don’t mind cycling like that. I’m also doing 1500mcg of b12 for now, which never occurred to me before, I thought all the usual doses are already megadose territory. My dry mouth I simply concluded is from these excessive doses of (good versions) of B vitamins. After all they do get flushed out from the blood by the kidneys, so clearly that will take a lot more fluid to accomplish. Which is fine temporarily if I do see some repair from this. Edit: sticking with it, based on the idea that nerve/neuron repair takes time. 2000mcg+ B12

Before the thiamin, the melatonin plus uv a light prevented me from getting sore from any amount of workouts, and I’m getting there again adjusting the dose. Also, the recovery for soreness since the thiamin took forever, so I’m assuming now the melatonin didn’t just mask soreness but indeed prevented it.

I decided to try the cheapest and easiest solution. Bought a bottle of Thiamine from the drug store for under 3 bucks. Man did it work! I built up my memory over several years. Now I always have some around, just in case I see the signs. Can it heal my digestion? Do I need a high dose? For how long? I started taking this and have seen great improvement, but I cannot say it is the Thiamine, my neighbor's Korean beef, or one of a couple other things. My memory has been very sharp these days for years. I pay close attention to changes. Since just started taking TTFD at one per day, my lips feel like my level may be dropping. Is this because it is moving elsewhere and being used? Do I need a mega dose? How much is that? And for how long should one take it? I have known for 50 years that thiamine is essential for memory and heart, but now am starting to learn that it is important for so many other things. Thank you for making these videos.

B1 is very important to the gut. Diabetics should all be put on B1. B1 has many jobs in the stomach and one is to kick all the other b's into action with out it they can't work. B1 also has the responsiblity to clean up your body from all carbs entering it. Eat a lot of carb you B1 is most likely very low. Coffee destroys B1 in the stomach and depletes the body of salt. Has anyone noticed a decrease in mosquito bites while taking the ttfd? I know that seems vain but that’s why I take heavy doses of thiamine and I wonder if the ttfd is better at warding off mosquitos than the mono type. I studied that mosquitos don’t like the yeasty smell that thiamin creates in the pores, hence why the are no longer attracted to you if you take heavy doses of b1, is that true with ttfd as well?

About mosquitoes yeah I've known about vit b complex and it will help with mosquitoes biting . But in my experience they bite me but the bites never itched. You give off a smell bugs might not care for when taking b complex . 🦟🦟🦟

@@lindaglover7194 ok thank you. I did notice that I do still get bit but the bite doesn’t drive my as crazy. Slight 1 day itch then it goes away.

@@Ms88keys1 even ddt will rarely keep any swarms away, those parasites carry other parasites, get some proper clothes netting, etc. if you are in the forest especially...

Your product is not available in USA.I I've sulfur allergy so I don't know if I should take Ttft? Please suggest which one will be more suitable as I'm having lot of issues which you have explained and my Dr couldn't find anything. I've some serious kind of condition in which Dr is suggesting some injections which seems more dangerous then the problem itself. I find some hope after watching your best vedio.Please do reply quickly. Thank you so much for providing information.
