Hi TraininPal Is there a specific training regimen that we can implement in our routine in order to prevent nose and chin related injuries while performing the no arms push up ?
Lmao man the no arm pushup made my day so much betterXD On a serious note i have been training pretty hard and just started getting pain im my elbow when doing pull ups. Do you have any experience with this or any tips for overcoming this while still progressing?
Leon Cvetkovski I would recommend deloading and rehabilitating the elbow joint or looking at where the source of the problem is....do some research into it
Yo man i had the same before but i took 1 week off training and when i came back i was so much stronger and refreshed.Trust me leave your body to recover.
@@leoncvetkovski4679 make sure, that you keep your elbows close to your body throughout the movement, so that they always point straight back and never sideways, otherwise you'll put unnecessary stress on your elbow and shoulder joints. if you always do push ups with your hands bent up (i.e. the way, that they're usually done), your forearms will be always stretched on the inside and tensed on the outside, which might cause you pain. to equalize this you should do the stretch where you keep your arms straight and bend your hands in the opposite direction, i.e. down, against a wall after your push ups session or even try to do plank position this way. you can also try to do push ups on the dumbbells or on your knuckles (put something soft under them to lessen the possible discomfort), which will keep your wrist neutral. i hope, that your elbows pain will soon go away, so that you'll be able to enjoy your training. ;)
Ha ha...these were hilarious. I especially liked the Home Alone one...😂 But Dave, please be careful. Some people really look up to your calisthenics videos and you might put them off...
@@Gabriel.Leni100 He doesn't have any evidence to support that claim. This is not the first time Dave disappears. He took some months off a while ago, everyone was worried but he was just depressed. There are recent posts in his patreon but they're locked to non-patreons, so I guess he's still alive even though I can't read them.
@مبادل مكلاوي Yep. I miss his videos and I know that is up to him to decide whether or not updating us about his life. But I've followed him for quite a long time now and even if I don't know him personally I still care in some way about him.
