Actually, doctors have been using this in combination with BCP-157 off-label for years and years. Oncologists prescribe it for post chemotherapy which can damage every tissue in your body. Patients who have extensive burns are prescribed this. My story is that I had surgery to reattach my triceps. The doctor wanted me to baby it for 12 weeks, i.e. no yoga, no outdoor biking. So for 8 weeks following surgery I took 500mct of each. The full range of motion returned in 5 weeks and I dropped the arm brace. I have now have returned to all my exercises.

Personal experiences: - I had a arm muscle injury that after 8 months, physiotherapy, special bandages etc still wasn’t healed. I took TB500 (mo, that is not Beta as claimed) and after ten days: completely okay! My ex had a whiplash in her neck muscles after a car accident. Terrible pain, physio, medication: after three weeks not any progress and continuously terrible pain. I gave her TB500 in nasal form and….. after 7 days almost over, after 10 days completely gone. TB500 is now in several trials for eye medication; TB500 also heals several severe eye diseases.

@@richyh1860 In that period, TB-500 was always injected in the muscles. But because too afraid for needles, I asked if it could also be effective when administered in nasal form. The answer was positive so I put the mix with water into a little spray bottle and it worked just as well as when administered intramuscular. So you can make it yourself. But several suppliers offer it in already nasal form. It’s a peptide so no danger on damaging your nose.

Orthopedic DR here. Most Dr have not heard about those peptides in terms of restoring because we get trained in what has shown benefits. Do we operate too much? yes! Do we have a lot of DRs that lack basic biochemical knowledge? YES. But believe me, when it comes to maintain your vitals, youll be happy to be around a DR ; ) . Otherwise, find some motivated young Drs that are into Bodybuilding. Sometimes it needs a bit health competence to find the right DR.

Your hypothesis about after-workout fatigue being triggered more by the repair systems of the body seems to fit my personal experience. When I was younger, I would often get completely knocked out by a workout, but I would always fully recover without injuries. However, now that I'm older I feel less fatigue after workouts, but weird muscle injuries keep cropping up; this may be due to my repair system being less active. I've gotta try this peptide....

I did a hammy, didn't really heal real good and I did it again. I cooked up a big batch of sweetbreads (thymus and pancreas), ate some over a 5 day period, 5 times a day. My hammy is better than the other hammy now, and I have never pulled that hammy. Maybe the second time I tried to heal it, I included some deep massage, and that was the difference. I did notice my heart was working better. I am not sure if you need to inject it, like how much are peptides broken down in digestion. If I was going to inject, it would be the natural version, thymodulin and not the synthetic thymosin beta 4. Thymodulin is wada approved, thymosin beta 4 is not, I may be 53, but there is still a chance that I could compete. Lol. The studies done during covid on thymosin were pretty impressive. Like decreased the chance of covid turning into serious covid by something like 80%. Then they stopped the studies. Think i will get some more sweetbreads, sort of got used to the taste, would have been easier to get used to the taste if I didn't prepare it. Supposed to be chock full of omega 3, so maybe that was the benefit on my heart. I like liver, but really need to give it a rest at times to stop a vitamin A build up, and thinking I could alternate sweetbreads with liver

TB-500 is the 13-24 fragment of TB-4. It is not the same as TB-4. The confusion has came from the vendors, many who don’t know squat. If you buy from the Chinese, who supply 99% (a guess, but an educated guess) of the raw peptide powders, they know the difference and list them accordingly. This 13-24 fragment protein chain is LKKTETQ and is wound healing chain of the full TB-4. There are currently some patents on offshoots of this fragment (add the protein to it KLKKTETQ) and it becomes known for hair growth. TB-4 has been broken down into 4 different fragments and is sold in these 4 fragments as well as the complete 43 chain TB-4.

I have 9mm supraspinatus tear non operable as @53 have stage 1 frozen shoulder On bpc 157 for 3 weeks oral + 10 mg anavar everyother day . Also using a topical tb500 + bpc 157 + cbd rub. Have mk677 on way and hope this will add to healing process. I'm around 8 % better in 3 weeks as injury nov 9.. I’m a pharmacist and would have some reservations about using BPC-157 considering it may potentiate angiogenesis in solid tumors. All the studies I’ve seen regarding this compound have been conducted purely in rodent models, so it’s bit unclear at this point how that carries over to human subjects. I’m not taking a firm stance on discouraging use, however it may be something to be mindful of based on your and your family’s medical history.

All I know is i could not stand up straight for 3 months after finding out I had two herniated disc. I thought I’d have to leave my manufacturing job so I tried bpc and tb. After puberty your thymus gland starts to shrink and pretty much does nothing. The benefits of the thymosin produced when young go into old age. You can eat sweetbreads which is thymus and pancreas. Not sure if it helps, but it's full of omega 3, so it can't be bad

BPC-157 and IGF-1 DES The DES should be put directly into the injured area or given IV given the short half-life. Also, you'll want the building materials in your diet, specifically the sulfur necessary for making cartilage.

Peptides have been around for 50 years but become mainstream and popular now. My daughter just started on peptides for Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis an autoimmune disease. It’s only been 2 weeks but so far so good. Pain has subsided and no new flare up yet. Energy levels getting back up. Will get new labs in a couple months to compare with labs before starting peptides.

@@sequence4 I am not injecting my daughter. She has been through enough. Her doctor recommended oral Thymosin alpha 1 capsules, TB 4 frag spray, and an oral GI pill that includes bpc-157, kpv and some other ingredients. These have been working really well. I don’t know this will work for every type of arthritis. My daughter’s immune system was so out whack that her liver and thyroid were not functioning properly. All her systems were starting to fail. Her whole body inflammation was so high she could barely function. I recommend finding a peptide specialist for your specific needs. There are just too many peptides to choose from to know which is right for you. Yes there are the mainstream and popular ones that some people use for everything under the sun, but if you’re suffering from something serious, I recommend the help of a professional. Also, my daughter is currently on orals but if for some reason it stops working my doctor may change her dose or change peptides or switch to injections. But currently what we have is working. No joint pain!!! I also wonder if peptides are more effective in kids. I don’t know, but they are young and more sensitive to treatments and their bodies heal faster. Just throwing that out there since I could not find much about peptides and kids. Good luck with whatever you dealing with. I hope you find the right treatment plan 😊

@cranedriver5467 that was the first thing I did. I don't have flat feet. I just worked my foot too hard training for a 25k trail race. Been able to run the past month. But the foot is still sore. Might be another issue like a tear somewhere. Also doing PT to get my hips, back, and knees stronger to see if that helps.

I've experienced excessive sweating while taking tb500 along with bcp157 for rotator cuff injury... I've taken bcp157 in the past for a knee injury and I experienced no sides at all. Now im waking up at night absolutely soaked in sweat , my pillow soaked too. I find the sweating can just come on out of nowhere even during the day.. its very hard to deal with...

Been using both BPC157 and TB500 at the same time. My elbows were horrible and have lower spine damage that’s unrepairable. After 2 injections my elbows were normal and knees felt like new. My back always hurt as it wont create spinal fluid but I was able to dead lift for the first time in 5 years and pulled 305lbs easily. I truly works but since all is well I plan on stopping as it may be a waste or counter productive.

Dexamethasone will not help build. It is a typical steroid (not anabolic) used for treating swelling inflammation and other things. Maybe you mean something else?

Dexamethasone is a commonly injected (non-androgenic) corticosteroid used for pain relief. Dexamethasone isn't something that will help build muscle at all. Moreover, corticosteroids much like non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs can slow healing by inhibiting collagen synthesis.

Broke my neck in a bike wreck along with fracturing l3,l4,l5. But the C7 double crack along with some pretty bad right arm/rotator/hand injuries have been life changing for me the last 17 weeks roughly? BPC157 500ug/day DID help. Rapidly. I ran that for like 2.5 months. No sides I just started tb500. My right arm generally speaking is at best 20% strength. Even terribly out of shape my bare minimum is 65 pushups. Now? I can do about 8. EIGHT. My finger is numb most times. The rotator poping cracking and bizarre noises are crazy sounding. I've been through 3 spinal fusions and a few other surgeries for acute health problems. I am doing anything this side of HGH to help heal so i can get back to exercise and WORK. So i'm hearing TB500 doses anywhere of 1mg to 5mg a week. injected twice a week so maybe 1mg twice a week? Idk there is almost no data on tb500. Thanks

So the delivery method in the trials was by injection and I suspect that's an important part. Naturally this peptide is produced by cell types within the body so taking it orally is unlikely to be effective as I suspect the digestive process will break down the chains.
