If you're wondering which path is most likely canonical, keep in mind that Cream mentioned Shadow saving her in the Extra Mode. He also seems to be a good person relatively speaking and he was on the Black Comet, making me suspect Miracle of Love (DDHHH[H]) as canonical. However, I doubt this Shadow would be nearly as likely to follow the Black Arms at all, so I would suspect going almost entirely heroic. Also, on an unrelated note, is Metal Sonic here in the city replacing where Sonic is normally? It would make sense on some level and I want to see our new, kind Metal Sonic some more.

I saw Black Doom and the first thing I thought of was "Hey Shadow, its me, the Devil!"

And we are back! I wasn't expecting so much with a new human OC. Certainly going to be interesting to see which path you decide to go with.

Fantastic job showing the human interactions I really appreciate the world building of these extra characters it reminds me of the Sonic X anime. I liked how in the human story part of the video there’s no music but when shadow shows up there’s music it really makes an impact.

Shadow The Hedgehog has gotta be one of my personal favorite Sonic games in terms of lore despite all of the Hero/Neutral/Evil shenanigans. I'm excited to see how you connect everything together here.

10:25 Reminded me of RAAM from the Gears Of War series with the whole picking someone up and stabbing them followed by pointing someone down.

now lets just hope that the commander doesn't see shadow as that much as a threat as he has survived and has help the world several times now. (most likely that will happen but eh who knows) also I wonder how sonic and metal sonic are going to act during this crisis. I really like this series keep up the good work!

Finally a Sonic character came it feel like I was watching something else i the gun was there’s but it still feel like i was watching something else then sonic

The human element was something I always enjoyed in the Sonic series. I will admit in some instances ( mostly Sonic X) their precense took too much attention away from our main cast. However, I believe that including them helps in both world building and stakes, something I think you've been able to achieve quite well in these what ifs. Featuring them alongside the anthro citizens could allow for some fun dynamics and create a generally more interesting and unique world. Hopefully they can make a return in future games. Keep up the amazing work.

Very interesting, loved it!

Here comes the moment of one of the most stylish game in the franchise and it is also one of my favorite game in the series. It's a shame that many people don't see so many bright and good moments in terms of plot and gameplay behind the stereotypical "edge" and "hedgehog with gun" wall and don't even give the game a chance. I would like to say that I wish that during this storyline Shadow would use a weapon when absolutely necessary, because given Shadow's personality, he tends to take the best opportunity to fight in any situation (plus it would be a nice tribute to the original game and its gameplay mechanics).
