Double Steam Railtours at Exeter St David's on July 2nd 2022.
The 11:35 a.m. English Riviera Express, hauled by 70000 'Britannia', now back in service after having her tender fixed after being out of service for the past two weeks. Steams through Platform 4 heading down to Kingswear with Class 47 'Galloway Princess' in tow behind.
Then the 13:30 p.m. Atlantic Coast Express hauled by 35028 'Clan Line' from London Waterloo trundles down the bank from Exeter Central into St David's Platform 1 before moving off with an empty train to Riverside Yard where she would stable till the evening before heading back to London Waterloo via Taunton.
In between seeing these railtours, took some footage of the passing service trains coming and going from Exeter, most of which are Class 43 HST's named after castles which was nice to see.
