"the healing archives" is a series where i talk openly about my grief.
in this healing archives i talk about what my last therapy session helped me with. don't be afraid to ask for help. therapy has helped me tremendously.
TW: suicide, grief.
my mom died by suicide on january 11th, 2020. my dad passed away unexpectedly on july 26th, 2017. my intention in sharing my grief in these vulnerable and transparent videos is to 1. help others be vulnerable with their emotions and know that it's ok to feel deeply and 2. help others in their grief process. also sharing like this really helps me process what's going on.
the healing process is ongoing. life is not meant to be easy. our souls come here to learn and grow and evolve. it's up to each of us as individuals how we react to the tests and trials that we're given in this life. i believe in you. follow the light. it is already here. within you. trust it.
you're not alone

I started watching your videos awhile ago and have felt like.. so honored? To be included in this part of your healing, witnessing this outlet and vulnerability. I feel like I would love to be friends with you and sit to just talk about life and this growth and grief and how that overall consciousness connects us all. Much love to you babe. 🧡

i’m so sorry sunshine, i’m sending you a lot of love. have you looked online for a therapist? i’m not sure where you live, but in america we have psychologytoday.com and that’s where i found my therapist. but yes you’re so right, we do share the same emotions, grief is universal and we are not alone. we’re in this together. i know how hard it feels 😢 take it easy on yourself tonight. maybe stretch, read a book, take a bath, do something that you love. 🧡

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I have been working towards healing my anxiety, childhood trauma, etc and just started therapy recently and it’s been such a help. Your vulnerability and vibe are so refreshing and I’m sending you so much love and light to get you through this hard time. I’m so glad you have support and I agree with another comment that I too feel honored that someone is willing to share their vulnerability publicly, because this truly is such a rare thing to witness. Thank you for making us all feel a little more grounded and less alone out there. You are beautiful

I'm blown away by you and this part of your story. I'm so sorry that you're going through this right now. My dad passed away in 2011 and only now am I really grieving, my mum is an alcoholic with a lot of other mental health issues so I can relate in some ways. Your energy is so beautiful, I would love to talk to you about your experience. Sending you so much love. ❤️

People do care. Seek it out, like Bell says. If that's within your vision, you can begin to see it. It's hard to see it when you're feeling under it all, but if you find the love and joy in even the little things around you, it will build~ There really is so much love here. Maybe look into 'the Secret', a.k.a. the Law of Attraction. "Like Attracts Like": seek the positive and more will appear.
