The fact that everyone that works under Yagoo are able to freely joke around with him, and even the person himself joining in on their shenanigans is a testament to just how beloved he is. And the fact that he’s a very successful businessman as well already makes him a rarity in today’s society. I never understood why company fealty to the point of downright worship was such a huge thing in postwar economic miracle Japan, but when I look at the likes of Yagoo and Satoro Iwata, I truly understand how these companies became so much more than a job to so many people, if this is the kind of leadership that used to be widespread throughout the country. It is a real shame how rare this spark of passion, determination, and inspirational self-sacrifice is so rare in companies nowadays, with most CEO packing golden parachutes to ditch their responsibilities the moment things get rough.

Yagoo has said before he didn't want to be in the public eye because he wanted people to focus on the talent, not him. The people and the talents dragged him to the spotlight, Ina being the first to get him to show off merch and the rest of them being like "we can do that?" And also that he kinda views "Yagoo" as a separate person, so he doesn't mind all the nonsense.

I genuinely have a huge respect for Yagoo for working so hard for his talents success. His dreams may be shattered, but that doesn't mean Hololive's dreams are done for yet.

I think of Motoaki Tanigo as the real life talent behind Yagoo the character. He doesn't use a VTuber model, usually, but it's basically the same principle. He's basically a male idol, and we shouldn't read too much into how much of a "good guy" he might or might not be in real life. But he does seem to treat the talent well.

Well, in light of recent events, it seems that while Yagoo certainly isn’t some perfect saint, he is far better than a certain yacht owner when it comes to actually caring for all of the VTubers working under him, including those outside Japan. Hololive actually seems to have competent managers to deal with trouble behind the scenes at the various branches, and compared to the string of graduations and terminations plaguing Nijisanji, Mel’s recent termination seems to have been handled professionally with Mel and the company parting ways amicably with no hard feelings on either side. The entire situation was handled in a far more civil manner than Nijisanji’s colossal series of fuckups. Comparing the way Mel’s termination was handled to the way Selen/Doki’s termination was handled is like night and day.

I feel like most CEOs receive a lot of sh*t from people just for being the CEO, so when anything they disagree about a company they put the fault on the CEO when they usually don't take care directly of most monetary and publicitary decisions, and some are like YAGOO who seems to actually care and appreaciates every and each of Hololive's talents, and it must hurt a lot when people blame him for the graduations. The guy must already feel really bad to see that happening, and still have to get sh*t for something that wasn't his decision. YAGOO BEST GIRL ❤

Yagoo and Aviel are the two best CEO's for vtubing companies. Idolcorp and Hololive are two great companies. I feel as though Aviel and Idolcorp as a whole is very underrated.

Probably what makes him so much of a nice boss, manager, CEO or whatever you call him is because of the existence of Japanese "black companies" and Yagoo, being a youngster basically said "NO. This is not how it should work".

Yagoo seems to understand that in this business, happy creators will in return produce genuinely great contents. Contents that a lot of fans would recognize and enjoy more. In a Industry where bad managment seems like the usual enemy, (Speaking about you Niji!) Yagoo just sticks out. My Oshi genuinly seem happy when he reacts to her tweets and she makes it seem like he supports her. He isn´t the kind of CEO who sits in the backroom counting the money his talents made him, while those Talents are left to somehow survive on their own. He comes out of the room and cheeks on how things are going and if he can do something for them, which is what i expect out of a management. Cold thinker CEO´s are there like sand on a Beach but Yagoo is so loved because he seems to share the passion of the Fanbase at least to some point.

Vtuber and hololive community under Yagoo is actually a great and healthy community and fan bases. A good and kind leader. CEO that should understand not only the company. But heart of the people that he works with. Of course many other companies and talents could take that very same example and inspirations. And well no one is perfect guess. But through experience they need to always improve and try to be better if there is things that feels lacking category of infrastructures.

Imagineer, for those who don't know, also are the same company behind the current games for Medarots/Medabots. Like, think about that for a second. We could probably get a Medarot S collab for Roboco and a few of the other girls if things pan out well.

This is the main diference to who is run the things behind. From one side you had a man with DECADES of experience in a lot of fields and a resume bigger than your groceries list. And from the other you had an universitary in his 20s using his parents money and his pet proyect from university. And yeah! As you said, he had his own faults on decisions.... but there is a little line to be put there as well since HE learn it from those mistakes and improve them too, while others just overlook it or keep repeating the same mistakes (AHEMWACTORANDNIJISANJIAHEM). Not perfect for sure and most if from PR, but i actually prefer that because that shows some level of respect when you're presenting a product too, by putting yourself on the line to show said product too. Put it in the way of a game. I seen a lot of games who are only cinematic shows on the preview on announcement. Then you see someone who had gameplay shows through and through as well. For example, people was skeptic a lot of Ghost of Tsujima and was critize heavily as well. Comes the gameplay trailer just mere month of release and: "OH! the game looks exactly if not better than the trailer was". In the same year ND did the coward thing to hide from the PR nightmare it was behind a LGBT shield, and the PR nightmare was Cyberpunk 2077, despiete people suck CDPR's d*ck all day.
