Nothing feels better then when the dealers call you, it is simple why they call for help. the people that are good at it do not work for a dealership with the possible exception of high end dealerships.

I’ve been thinking about purchasing a blue box for this reason. Just went thru this with a 04 s type parking brake module.. I have been afraid about purchasing a used unit and having to update it.. Hoe much did they end up charging you for the update (I’m sure you have a good connection with them) and also how much did you end up charging the dealer? If you don’t mind me asking.. Just curious because i know if it was the other way around well you wouldn’t be able to walk for a week..
