The pushups/deadlifts combo is a good choice, but the body quickly gets used to a particular workout, so i wouldn't rely on this for weeks or months in a row. The base idea though of doing less movements, but more sets works very well for all muscle groups, but again, the sweet spot is mostly anywhere from 6 to 20 reps. What does count is the total reps you get from all sets added up. For example, i might want to go a bit heavier than warmup, but safely short of my max on deadlifts while setting a goal to complete 6 to 8 sets of minimum 6 reps. Often this kind of planning is most rewarding, because you end up pushing out a couple more reps per set, or even a couple extra sets. I also try to relax, enjoy the day, and not rush rests between sets. Let 2 minutes pass. Teach yourself to focus your thoughts elsewhere or on simply taking in your surroundings before returning to each set. The short version: This technique kills it every workout and can fully work all your muscles in a few days, leaving a couple days to concentrate on other fitness interests such as stretching and agility.

Informative, short and to the point. Great workouts, I am stretching my legs every day and follow your videos very closely but I seem to improve very little or not improve at all. Do you have any tips?

What seems to be the problem according to you. Do the exercises hurt? How long do you hold each stretch?

The exercises hurt and I try to stretch as far as possible for about 20-25 seconds. I try to do a frontal split every day by holding the position for 30 seconds but I don't see any progressions or improvements. Am I doing it wrong? If so, what can I do to improve or change how I go about doing it? Thank you(:

Jerome has a TON of splits/leg stretching videos, some more complex than others. I'd recommend going through his channel and watching as many as you can.

I agree I used to work out at the gym but the time to get to gym to get dressed, to much of a time waster. I now have dumbbells and work out at home, much happier.
