Probably, but still unecessary since she can controls people minds and doesn't need some human cosplay to bait them. The fact that they released the story from nowhere a few weeks before the launch of the champion (and so months after they finished her design) sounds more like an excuse to justify her human form which will sell more skins.
The face of that statue wasn't consumed by her, because it wasn't her faction that attacked the city of Xolan, it was the Xer'sai, and Rek'sai's faction is hostile against Bel'veth's based on the current story.

All things are justify and also Bel'veth was made to be a Human look like more monstrous, she wasn't designed to be a monster but they carry real long that idea, and finally she's literally an Elise/Kayle mix having an Humanoid silhouette but transforming later in the game.
I'd say her human appearance is a byproduct of her assimilating people, not trying to lure them, but actually becoming more like them without being able to fully abandon her void form.
Riot just wants to sell sex appeal, dont even bother to rationalize it or else they keep using it as an excuse for more sexy champs, i miss the mid 10s when we had a ton of champs more monstrous, normal and uniquely designed than this.

Bel'Veth has absorbed many human lives and minds so she knows what makes them tick, more than just becoming more human-like as a byproduct of her consumption, she consciously molds her form to trick humans - it's easier for a hot lady to entice a human than a scary skinflap monster
Her bio does state that she was created with the purpose of interfacing with humans, so I assume that’s why she has a humanoid form. It’s less bait and more “a form you are comfortable with”. Like in the cinematic where she uses it to approach Kai’Sa and talk to her, before Kai’Sa attacks her and she reveals her true monstrous form. Then in the short story, she returns to her humanoid form when she continues to speak with Kai’Sa.
She wasn't created by anyone, she just simply came to be alive. It wasn't a Watcher that have purposefully created her or something like that. She has a humanoid appearance, because she was born from humans. She wants to remake Runeterra in her own image, but she wants things to stay similar to what they were originally
Simple theory: "I don't lie since I have no need to" is a lie. That's a classical manipulation tactic and everything we know about Bel'Veth is that she is manipulative.

But can I quickly point out that, as per Reav3 own admition, although Bel'Veth can, in my opinion, be considered a monster overall (as per nature of the character itself, with the "humanoid" side being just a facade, and as per in-game model at level 6, 90% of her is just a full fledge monster), she's still not THE monster champ that Riot teased a while back, when they said they were gonna release a monster champ this year, that one's probably gonna come out in 2023, and he clearly states that: 1. This is in line with their new strategy of slowing the releases down to better polish the new champs 2. He said they actually plan on releasing monsters/creatures more often. I imagine that she has a human appearance because the city was full of humans and she might have taken an interest in it. In the color story there is a moment where Kai'Sa is looking around moving her head, eyes, and her facial expression slightly changing while she does this. During this Bel'Veth is studying Kai'Sa's face, twitching her own face, trying to learn and imitate Kai'Sa. Kai'Sa also found it odd that Bel'Veth gave herself a name because Voidborne do NOT find any use in names, and as a result do not use any names.
That's exactly my theory. Bel'veth doesn't imitate humans because it'S convenient, but because she likes it. Also, notice how she has a lot of human objectes lying around, althought void creatures have no use of them. I think she is curious towards humankind, kind of like Disney's Ariel, but in a twisted way.
To me the reason why she has a humanoid head is because like she said - "I am not some mindless Void spawn, I am so much more" - She doesn't want to be labeled as one of those mindless Voidborns (Cho'Gath, Kog'Maw,...), she wants to be unique and that's why the humanoid head's here - to identify the only and just only VOID EMPRESS.

Why having a face on void champion ? Well if she would be walking around in her void form .. she would be under attack constantly. Even Kaisa stopped for a while before attacking her. It could also be something like angler fish has . A lure for people to see and come closer before she would devouer them. When her head opens it glows hypnotizing Kaisa so she would stop struggeling.

So, whenever somebody manages to suprise her the human face has a use to throw them off and maybe even bait them to attack the obvious looking head, which would give Bel'Veth an opportunity to counter attack. So, even with mind control it still does have it's uses.
her human head makes her more scary, without that she looks just like a generic monster and not a scary one. the uncanny feeling that caused by her human head makes her unique, this is reminds me of the horror stories on where i lived where there is a human head floating with only the intestine attached to the head that consume people. i'm glad they're going with this design, but kinda sad i didn't see the human head in the ingame model.
THIS. Not to mention it’s a precedent set by past void creatures that they transform as they consume, so why is it such a shock that belveth would have a twisted version of a face, a very human feature, after consuming a city full of them. I love necrit and Tb skyens videos but I think they specifically want what they envision in their heads in the game and won’t take anything else without a lot of complaints
The humanoid head does appear on her default form. However, when she enters her ultimate form, it retracts and she goes into a full battle form, revealing the four eyed head below.

Hey Necrit, love the videos. I had a theory on Bel'Veth's appearance that I haven't seen around yet. In her colour story it mentions that BV gave herself her name, and that this is odd for a void creature. I think that she honestly wishes to portray herself as a goddess that is part human part void. Her goal is not to destroy reality, but to consume it. She wishes all of reality to exist as one, including all parts void and human. I don't think she's lying when she puts a human face on; she legitimately believes that her destiny is to marry humanity and the void - so she has made herself a hybrid to represent that inevitable victory.

Bel'Veth doesn't lie to those she believes have "strategic value" to her, meaning she's perfectly fine with lying to her worshipers and other random humans, the folks she plans to mind control or consume. In order to make that process smoother, as I assume it's not instantaneous (at least the mind control part), she needs to get closer and spend a period of time with them. In a first face-to-face meeting, it's much easier to do that with a human face and proportions, rather than being a giant monstrous figure from the start. The face also works as a deception tactic before combat as even Kai'Sa didn't attack her outright, initially, until Bel'Veth started talking about consuming the world. That's why the anglerfish comparison still works with her, as that's what she's doing. Luring low value humans (that she see no strategic value in) closer to her in order to mind control or consume them. Plus, I imagine it's easier for humans to interact / "interface" with a being that has a human face. ^_^
What is the point of lying to normal humans, if they can't do anything against her in the first place. She just doesn't lie, because she knows that lying to inferior beings wouldn't matter much, since she is already far stronger than them. If all humans realize that actually she's just going to eat us to grow in power, very few would fall victim to her and worship her. So there has to be some sort of heavy manipulation there, and when we don't know how her mind control works or even if she has "mind control" beyond using the Void to corrupt people, which is a bit different, we cant just say all she does in mind control people and that's it. She is a manipulator. She lies. Dude gave the exact quote from the story that actually does not say "she doesn't lie," but says something else. If she wants to consume people or use them or mind control them, what do you thinks works better? Always looking like a horrifying monster so that when she comes across a human, that human either a) tries to immediately fight her which is just annoying and time consuming, or b) tries to run away which is also annoying and time consuming to chase. Or, looking somewhat familiar and having human characteristics so one might first be interested rather than 100% scared for their life? Point is, Bel'Veth is quite literally part human. She was born after the Void consumed potentially THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of humans. If you know anything about how the Void works, you'd understand why Bel shares some human characteristics.

Because of this, the statements made there are 100% true, because its essentially Riot's description of the champion. The "she doesn't lie" sentence I was talking about, it came from there, but was also said by Bel'veth in her story. For some reason people just don't understand this, this statement is inside her bio, which means its true, she is not a manipulator, because she doesn't need to lie, and this is stated as a part of her personality. The only example for her mind-controlling abilityes is Malzahar's corruption. She only whispered to Malzahar at first, according to his bio, but Malzahar went truly crazy when he looked inside a void rift, essentially a portal to the void. And according to Malzahar's story that is how he got mad, it is similar to the Ascended who fought in Icathia, although they went crazy because of the Watchers, not because of Bel'veth herself. However, she doesn't really need to mind control people, since they are not useful to her at all. Even a voidborn the size of a wolf is far more dangerous than many of Runeterra's best mortal warriors (who don't wield any magic at least), so she has no reason to take control over someones mind. There could be rare cases (like for maybe Kai'sa), but she is not going to do it all the time I think that the human appearance was 100% made only because of marketing, and then they had to explain it somehow, which is her being born from humans

It's possible that bel'veth had a choice, the fish or the people, and she chose the fish to mimic but also remember her moniker "the empress" she probably kept those parts and allure based on the data she got from the humans she... studied, to simply match the meaning behind that name, it could even be the ruler of bel'veth's face.

That assumption makes no sense unless we are assuming that whenever someone sees her that they are instantly mindcontrolled or that her range is insanely larger. Realisticly it's much closer, kind of how far her and kai'sai was. So it still helps to lure people closer to her, even though her bio doesn't state it. But she also as you said is basically a human from the void, not like Kai'sai.
I LOVE how going into the Void gives off an aesthetic of DEEP sea diving, like almost to the very black trenches of the earth's sea kind of vibe, where the sea life down there seems almost alien in nature and dangerous. Kai Sa really reminds me of a "Big Sister" from Bioshock 2, in her exoform diving suit.
The ambient, theme, even her final form remind me of Sea Emperor in subnautica. she doesn't need mouth to talk and say have high intellectual i think she also communicate with telepathy
The story that was released and immediately follows the cinematic kind of explains it. Kai'Sa states there that she has never seen a Void creature adapt a name or a personality on its own, and yet, Bel'Veth deliberately chose that name, she said so herself. This is a human trait, not Void, as was also stated in the story, so the human appearance is probably a part of Bel'Veth's personality adoption.
Her splashart is amazing, because at first glance you see the pretty lady with her legs and everything, It is once you pay a bit more attention that you see her stature, the monstruos face in the middle, and, that isn't a cape, it is skin
As i said in Tb Skyen's latest vid: What i really like about Bel'veth is that it seems that the creators of this new champion takes an inspiration from the 1997 movie "Mimic" where in that movie a Monstrous sized cockroach is pretending to be a human to lure its victims
Keeping with the Lavender Sea thing, she is kind of like an angler fish especially with her "face" being an appendage that is on the top of her head. I've seen a bunch of people make that comparison and I think its very thematically fitting

she devoured a port town like you said, shes applying the knowledge the fishermen had, mimic food/fish snatch, kill. then incorporated the fish when she was done with the town and what came of it is this mix mash of Humanoid+Fish still trying to mimic humans using her human form to bait humans closer to inspect and understand their actions then killing them and assimilating the memories of that encounter plus maybe shes curious on why kai'sa is trying to mimic the void side note, looks like she sticks her tongue up while speaking and is mouthing "help me" over and over?
i have to say, i loved the symbolism when she tore off Kai'Sa's mask, while her "face" split apart at the same time, showing that kaisa is just a human, playing monster, but belveth is a monster playing human
To me the head isn't just for skins, it's for visual symbolism not everyone is gonna read the bio or care for the lore, so it's important to communicate why she's called "the empress", for example, among other things Also it's a good contrast with Rek'sai, otherwise they would look like a pair: land shark, air manta

The argument that they gave her a head so they can make skins for her is just a bad take. There is literally nothing humanoid about her design besides the head. Riot can't make her into a star guardian or any cutesy skin even if they wanted to. Such a dumb argument.
the Butterflies either represent Kai'Sa, who in a way represents change and who is being "pulled apart" in a way by the hand wall later in the video OR the Butterflies could be an early tease to the next Shuriman champion we were teased about in the last roadmap.
The thighs aren't ludicrous for a few reasons. 1) When you look at the giant monster form artwork, you can see the muscles connected to some of her tendrals slowly converging near the center so when she compresses into her disguise, it would realistically cause a shape like thighs to appear due to the muscle being forced against each other. 2) Bel'seth is intentionally mimicing human physicology in her disguise. When she is moving in the trailer, you can see that she is swaying her body and mimicing a human stride, so having imitartion thighs under near her cloak makes since. Also the human form makes complete sense with her lore since she is trying to mimic the human world. Plus, the short story released with her shows that she uses it to interact, manipulate, and lure in people. She is pretty much a void hybrid of a manta ray and an angeler fish, the the human part being the light lure. Plus I think the legs in the splash art make it creepier. Having the splash at portray her at a halfway point between her two forms it a great way to show how unnatural she is even by void standards. Also I am so happy her story confirms that she isn't power creeping the Watchers. She is just another sentiant voidborn like Vel. Sure she is powerful but she still fears the Watchers' return and knows if she trys to fight them along she will get obliterated. Also seems to imply that they might be returning soon so maybe we'll get a Watcher champion in the future.
You do realize Riot also writes the lore and designs the champion, right? They can bend the lore and the design so it makes sense, even tho it's just to make it marketable.
Something with no legs cannot have thighs. I think Riot are trolling here. Personally, I think Riot created this champion to cater to two vastly different demographics - the players who like monsters, and the players who like mommies. Literally "having your cake and eating it". Someone at Riot is very clever - kudos to this person. I also think that they are now starting to lay the groundwork for the dungeon bosses for their MMO, especially since they say they are developing another monster champion. Champions like Sett, Samira are literally fighting game characters (i.e., project L). Bel'veth is difficult to put into a fighting game. However, Bel'veth is perfect for a dungeon boss in an MMO
i havent read her bio n story yet, but here is my theory about the head. I remember that in lore Kha'zix has third eye on his forehead from when he consumed one of Rengars, it doesnt seem to have a purpose other than showing us the adaptation of the void. Perhaps Bel'veths human head is a small evolution left over from her early stages after consumin her first person and developing a lure like an angler fish. Over the time she developed the charm/mind control ability but the lure just stayed there. It srysly reminds me of an angler fish coz whem it peels back it looks like one. Thats for the lore point but from the design point.....yea i agree with Necrit, its propably a way to sell skins xd
the head makes sense because it's a combination of anglerfish material and human (she consumed a part of the sea and human biomass) and yes she does not need it but it's a bait a trap a facade for falls sense of secure for people that are not affected by her mind control ( Kassadin exemple ) and the thunder thighs are just for fanservice i can already tell the nsfw artists are having a blast with her
I think creators are just too obsesed with the "sexy" idea. She has a femenine head and that is all. She doesn't have boobs, hips or legs. She is half the time in monster form and her model in game looks like a giant alien bat and you can barely see her head at all. Having a pure monstrous champion doesn't make it automaticly interesting, look a Cho'Gath, Kog'maw, Kah' Six or Rek'Sai, they are just animals with barely any story in the lore. The human face makes the character more interesting and terrifying since she is only imitating what she consumes, like the creature in " IT ". Besides, if you consume any kind of media you would know that generaly speaking mind control isn't 100% perfect. It is easier to mind control someone when you look vaguely human than looking like a 20 foot alien manta ray.

I feel like the oceanic feeling and the way the void sent her to mimic humans, screams to me Angler Fish. And this makes it makes sense. She is using it like the Angler fish uses that bulp to attract people into her range of attack.
If I'm remembering things correctly, there are also studies that talk about how more traditionally attractive people (based on facial symmetry etc.) are viewed as more trustworthy/more likely to be telling the truth. Maybe her face is just how that observed truth about human behavior manifested?
i personally love that she has that human side as another layer of deseption. just because you can mind control people doesnt mean that mind controll is perfect. maybe she needs to get in range or maybe she cant do it with mentally stronger foes so having this second layer of deseption can be usefull. it doesnt feel like they are pushing another sexy champion on us because there is nothing sexy about her everything screemy uncanny and creepy + mosnter.

I think after consuming so many people she started to imitate them, to become more humane, she started to think like humans and act like humans, I think that's why she don't want to devour the world for the watchers but for herself, she became more greedy, she wants her world, she doesn't want to die for the watchers, she wants to live under her rules. Doesn't she act like a human?
Necrit On the topic of her head/face/human facade: it's not useless, its her only hope of beating the watchers at their own game. Skyen makes a great point that despite all of her arrogance "i'm unstoppable, i only tell the truth, etc" she is bluffing. she's just as afraid of the watchers as humanity is. so she DOES need humanity (& everyone else on Runeterra) to see her as preferable to the watchers (at least short term), & having a humanoid facade is a brilliant way to do that. if racism has taught us anything, its that humans & humanoids trust what looks like us. this side of her isnt apparent in her bio or cinematic, but its made more clear in her color story.
it's actually SO interesting that she's the first "monster" champion in a while. bel'veth the character has a humanoid facade for the exact same reasons that Riot has prioritized making humanoid champions--relatability & relationship. bel'veth relies on these things to hopefully beat the watchers in a race to consume Runeterra, & Riot relies on them to sell skins & increase engagement with a newly-released champion. fascinating.
I love her fake head it just reminds me a lot to an anglerfish. My theory is that she just try to imitate humanity and kinda just having fun and mocking them and to appear more menacing yet beautiful for her prey. Remember she’s extremely powerful and old and overall very intelligent.
Cmon now. Bel'Veth having a humanoid head somehow means that Riot wanted to make skins that can sell? Riot can't do that even if they wanted to. It's like giving Fiddlesticks or Rek'Sai a KDA skin it just won't work. Nothing about her design can lend well to other popular skinlines with humans in it. They can get away with Thresh because he still has a humanoid shape and is the exact opposite of Bel'Veth in terms of shape. Bel'Veth is all monster. Stop being negative just cuz there's a pretty element in her design.

The voicelines of Bel'Veth reveal that both the void and reality were corripted by each other when they came in contact and that she craves everything, all of runeterra. She is imitating reality, she wants to be something that's alive, humanlike but mixed with the void.
She was made with the purpose of interacting with humans, but as she grew and adapted, she probably realized she didnt need to and didnt evolve the muscles on the fake face. I love this so much cause realistically you cant retrain the points you put into evolution (usually). Thus ya have to build up on other stuff you have/want (god im addicted to teirzoo)
imagine if ezreal would be the one who joins jax in his "void fighters" team and he would be the one who helps kai'sa gain back the control of herself. I do hope Ezreal will be in the void event and it would finally be time for riot to give him a hero role he deserves.
The only reason I can think for her to have a human head would be *specifically* to talk to Kai'Sa, and even then I'm not sure. She can mind control people and infiltrate their thoughts, but she didn't with Kai'Sa, either because she couldn't or because, since she needs her to kill the Watchers which is something she hasn't done/can't herself, there wouldn't be a point in taking her over because her capabilities would only be as great as they are now. She also mentions how Kai'Sa doesn't like her true form and switches back while they talk to try and put her more at ease, so it wouldn't be farfetched for her to, knowing Kai'Sa is human, think she'd be more apt to listen/accept her terms if she looked like one too. Which is my only real guess, but that would mean she made the face only, *specifically* for Kai'Sa, unless she planned on recruiting others but I doubt that. There's a lot of holes in that, but it's my best guess and a way to even somewhat make tangible sense, idk. I sure as hell ain't gonna sit here and say I know more than Necrit

If League of Legends didn't have this long history of sexy champions that place appealing before interesting character design, Vel'Beth would have been amazing and everyone would have loved her instead of being confused
Yeah her concept is pretty cool and I probably would have loved her if not for that fact where now she seems like half monster/half thirst trap especially since if you only look at the teasers and not at her gameplay they barely even showed her monster part except for the last few seconds of the last one, it's really not the best way to show what is supposed to be the first monster champ in years

From all ive heard, BelVeth is not a she, its a they. It, unlike the Watchers, is the Void Personified, or at least a attempt of the void to make something that it could use to interact with the world. While many of the creatures that accompany her are also her, they dont have the same capabilities. But one key difference is that this version of the void doesnt want to consume everything. It wants to become one with everything. Consuming/Destroying everything isnt its goal, so it would make sense for BelVeth to have a human face, since its what she primarly consumed. Everyone will become Void and the Void will become everyone. Tho I gotta agree, Riot couldve chosen any form to represent the people she assimilated. The women is there for the skins.
The way I see it, neither her humanoid or monster form is her ‘true form’ because she is a byproduct of both the Void and Runeterra, with each design representing this.
Bel’veth can be a problematic villain. This is because the character seems not to have any weaknesses, while also being extremely powerful. There are other villainous characters in the game’s story that are on a similar power level to her, like Xerath, Aurelion and the Watchers. But the common thing in all these 3, is that they are restrained in some way, and can’t use their powers to the fullest (Xerath’s sarcofagus, Aurelion’s crown). However, Bel’veth has nothing like that, and while she might be less powerful than these characters, it doesn’t matter. Compared to all of the other characters besides these, she outweights them far in terms of power. A villain that has no weakness is not a good villain, same thing with a hero. She is a character who is so powerful that the story describes her as „near-omniscient”, if she is near all-knowing, and she says especially in her color story, that there is no hero or weapon being able to stop her, this would mean that she is undefeatable. The story basically describes her mind as if she was a super computer, this means that no matter how do they wish to destroy her, she would have already thought about it. Riot just made a serious trap for themselves with her, because her current power level implies that she just cannot be stopped, because every time the heroes would try she would just simply count on it. The only way Riot could make her die, is if they made her dumber, basically just removing her plot armor. She will only be a menacing villain as long as the story needs her to be. She will be like Thanos from Infinity War, Thanos in that movie would have been so powerful with the infinity stones that the Avengers would have stood no chance against him, so the makers of the film had to purposefully tone his power levels down, and that truly becomes evident once someone watches Endgame, where he feels almost as powerful without the stones, as he was with them. This will be the same with Bel’veth, currently she is explained as someone who can’t be stopped, but she will be easily defeatable once the writers wish so. Also, why would a character like her need the help of a far inferior being like Kai’sa, to help defeat the Watchers? It is like if a freed Aurelion asked the help of Ryze, it doesn’t really make any sense.
I think this is the case so in the void event they can give that restriction to her, like purposely making a yasuo but then nerfing it two weeks later so people don't get mad.
Actually i would say there are wepons able to kill her(aatrox for example) who was able to slay god of war and vanish both him and his stars from the sky. Im just curious if she is able to corrupt aatrox and other darkins like viego did to panth in ruined event. Since aatrox had a quote where he would embrace void these days.

Despite the cinematics and stories, the skin leaks imply that this year's big summer event will be star guardian, with 2 legendary skins like last year, and the year before. There could be a canon event this year, but it will definetly not be the summer event
Kaisa was probably stuck underground and while trying to get out accidentally found Belveth's place. So i'd say it is a continuation of the last cinematic just not right after
Bel'Veth does claim to be an entity of her own, to the point she even takes a name for herself. And to quote her: “I don’t want to become one city. We will become all of you.” So theory: she actually admires the people and is jealous of them because every one of them is a unique being in their own right whereas she is just a mishmash of all she consumed, hence the human form, the mimicry.
I say that the human appearance is to make people more comfortable with coming closer to her because if they see a monster look from afar they would likely run but a more human looking from they are like to come closer and listen to what she has to say its a from of deception before she reveals her true from to them. That's my take on it.
I have 5 ideas as to why she has a human face. 1. She likes the look, simple as that. 2. It is the face of someone of significance to her, maybe someone she has respect for or the person who helped her defy the Watchers. 3. To keep with the Empress theme, when her arms/wings are wrapped around her they look like a regal cloak 4. A physical representation that she doesn't work with Watchers. She takes a human form to let other voidborn know she isn't an ally. 5. For dramatic reveals against enemies.
I believe the face is there to give here a regal appearance as she calls her self the queen of the void and after assimilating humans and gaining knowledge of what a queen should look like she takes that form to esssentially put on airs as to her being a queen
Her head is like a antenna on an angler fish the pretty face is just a distraction to lure them in and once they get to close that's when she reveals what she truly is and consumes her prey. She also has no legs so they way she moves around is by floating, but she gives her motion a side to side swaying effect which makes it look like she is actually walking.
I actually feel the same way about the humanoid head, feels unnecessary to me, if they really wanted to keep it I wish it was even more uncanny than what it is right now, but oh well... it's a monster champion so you can't be too mad, beggars can't be choosers
the human appearance is more than likely because she understands the humans' fear/terror of the void, and for some she wants them to willing follow. It's easier to manipulate someone if they aren't terrified of you, especially in a world where you attack things that look scary immediately
The mini-sun disk might be a Shuarmian Sun Dial? Like it mimics the sundisk, but helps tell time of day? (follows the sun like a sunflower?). Could also be something of a Shuramian Boat. I imagine some empire ships would've been in Bel'veth at some time (did the city fall before or after the empire did?). Could also just have been in the city as a relic of the fallen empire. But it would be cool if ships had this dial on board, as a campus or help find their location based on star charts or sun charts.
The Queen of the Brood Lords has arrived. She even bought the Void (Brood) lings. Everything about this champ and it's theme screams Zerg from Starcraft to me.
I think we can all agree that we now have a legit avengers level threat that can push the lore forward over what happened with the ruination storyline.
I don't remember any part of her lore that said she mind controlled people? She didn't even do that in this cinematic to Kai'sa, as we know in her colour story. I saw the false head as a way to get people to be more trusting of her, or to second guess her intentions, so she can get close enough to either speak or attack. Her splash (or maybe it was the cover art) shows it well- whilst the scared man is looking at the false head, a wing is about to attack his flank. Also Kai'sa doesn't get corrupted! Belveth needs to consume to corrupt things, she chats to her and let's her go.
Her silhouette in game reminds me of the silhouette behind project viktor in the splash art (manta ray) project belveth maybe? I think an image of a manta ray goes through proj viktors recall
Imagine they use this to rework how Kai’Sa looks so she looks more like she’s been living in the void for as long as she has instead of looking like she’s been living in the playboy mansion. We can only dream.
