Hi I saw your patreon page and I knew you are on s2 ep 23, So I wanna mention you about few things Rezero was adapted from light novel and Rezero s2 covered arc 4 of rezero LN , The ending of rezero s2 is not the true ending of rezero arc 4. I highly recommend check out summary video "How rezero s2 actually ends" which is available on RU-vid . Also react to Rezero if story summaries Rezero break time episodes Rezero s3 teaser, 2 trailers including posters of s3. Rezero starts from oct 2024,

Dark detail that wasn’t in the anime, during the chaos at the end of the episode, Petra was killed immediately and when Ram found them, she couldn’t get Subaru to let go of her hand so she had to cut it off, which is why she said “I must do what I must do”

It’s an implied detail. Not spelled out but you can put it together. Ram had to do some terrible stuff to help Subaru there :(

@@ma.2089 I feel like it's quite impossible to reach that conclusion with only anime scenes, the scene is peak, but not even in 1000 years i would have guessed Ram cut Petra's hand without reading the LN lol

Garfiel and Subaru spent more days together on the first loop, so Subaru acting so close to Garfiel earlier is why Gafiel is reacting different, he does not trust Subaru yet. And Garfiel felt bad for Emilia because she was failing a lot but this time she has only done it once.

i think garfiel also has the same issue as season 1 rem where the witches scent gets stronger each reset causing him to become more and more suspicious each loop

A lot of ppl tend to question this, especially Rem fans. Which is so weird to me cuz Rem is supposed to be their fav, and yet they don’t fully understand her? Her whole shtick is self sacrifice. I’m guessing cuz they love Rem they look past potential flaws, but Ram is 100% right here.

I don't think she would say it exactly like that which is what throws people off. She is eager to throw her life away for Subaru so she would be more focused on him escaping for his own sake rather than Roswaal's. Overall, she doesn't seem that concerned with her dedication to Roswaal, just Ram and Subaru, who were in active danger so she would want them to leave just not for the reasons Ram states.

@@ma.2089 Nah, her priority is Ram/Subaru (debatable on who take the first place), and then Roswaal. If Ram was confined in bed and in the same situation Rem would have come back for the sister after making sure that Subaru was safe. Rem dedication to Roswaal is only due to her gratefulness for taking them in and for "feeding" mana to Ram. It's not like Rem rever Roswaal like Ram
