3 Egg Yolks
16 g vanilla sugar
180 g of sugar

60 g melted butter
200 g cold sour cream
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of vinegar 9%
480 g flour
I bake each cake base in a preheated oven at 200 °C (400°F) Without recirculating air!!! on medium track (upper-lower-heat) about 5minutes

400 ml cold whipped cream (min. 30% Fat),
16 g vanilla sugar
120 g of powdered sugar
500 g cold mascarpone
