If I had needed a license to sin, I would have remained an atheist. I became a Christian because I needed Jesus as my Saviour.

Now you have shown me the difference between salvation and discipleship/service, I cannot unsee it AND it’s as clear as day. I don’t want a license to sin, never entered my head. I just wanted to be secure in my salvation without constantly wondering if I was… Doing enough works Sinning too much Attending church often enough etc. etc. The guilt and anxiety was too much and I need to be certain that the Lord will raise me on the last day. Despite being born again, baptised and believing and trusting in the Lord, I still kept questioning my salvation. I am so thankful the Lord led me to your channel and I am so grateful for your dedication and honesty in sharing your God given wisdom and discernment. All glory to God, for we are mere vessels to be used for Gods purpose. Thank you.

I have noticed that people who complain that you're "giving people a license to sin" seem to be able to sin unlicensed themselves anyway. Let's remember that we've *all* been judged as guilty before God and need his grace.

Thank you for speaking on this brother. Anyone that says "can you sin" or "you just want a licence to sin" reveal themselves. And they're not accusing us of anything, they're accusing God. The false teachers have taught that the Gospel Itself is a "License to sin." Jude warns us of them: ‭Jude 1:4 KJV‬ [4] For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. Even Paul was accused of preaching this by false brethren: ‭Romans 3:8 KJV‬ [8] And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just. So yeah, this type of accusation towards us who simply believe in Christ Jesus alone, this is a red flag for us. Awesome teaching, brother 😀

As some one who has this "license to sin" i can say with all truth that i do not use it, because i don't like sin, instead, i fight it every day, with victories and losses, but i keep moving alongside Jesus who give me strenght.

People have a license to sin regardless of whether they are saved or unsaved…..why? Because the Bible makes it clear we have free will which means we can choose to sin or choose to not sin. However we are not free from consequences or rewards that is dependent on our choices while the free gift of eternal life is based on our belief in Christ not of ourselves.

Why do people assume that when you are saved through faith in Jesus and that God takes all the Glory that you are now licensed to sin? When the Holy Spirit is in a believer because they trusted in Jesus the Holy Spirit will convict them of sin making turn from ungodliness.

People without spiritual maturity can't grasp the concept of grace. They are so used to the milk of the word or they are living their christian walk vicariously through their patents, spouse or friends. Therefore only the law or legalism (a mixture of law and grace) makes sense to them. I was addicted to alcohol and drugs when I came to the Lord. Thoroughly, born again. About 10 family and friends around me got saved soon after due to the massive change in my life. The true gospel of grace Paul preached releases the dunamis (power) to change lives internally, inside out. Galatians 1:8-9 NKJV Romans 2:16 NKJV. Peace of Christ to you.

Remember the main commandments, love God with all heart,soul, strength and love thy neighbor as yourself. I always struggle with sin but love covers a multitude. Those are the main rules I go by. Unfortunately,the more I try to stop sinning,the more I do😔

You are not condemned eternally if you sin anymore, but it is not permitted or encouraged that you do sin simply because you won't fall into condemnation for it.

The whole license to sin argument always seemed really dumb imo. People are going to inevitably sin regardless of whether or not they have a "license" for it.

He hath commanded no man to do wickedly, neither hath he given any man licence to sin.

Amen! I don't give my kids permission to sin, but IF they do, they are still my children. However, they will have consequences. Their status as my children is never at risk, but rewards are (1 Cor 3:10-15, Eph 4:30).

I was watching a video on Yankee Arnold and he put it this way. It is God's choice to save us, just like it's our choice to believe him, except God will do what God has said he will do vs. we may or may not.

People against eternal security don't understand that people that see salvation as a ‘license to sin’ never came to Christ with a pure heart and were never saved. 14What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man SAY he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. These verses in James are talking about people that say they are saved, just as many say they know Christ and he will say ‘I NEvER knew you”. That isn’t a person who lost salvation, but someone who NEvER had it.

So, precisely How much messing up(repetitive sins) does it take to lose your salvation? That's a very fundamental question. Is it doing one thing wrong? Maybe it's doing two things wrong. Perhaps it's doing five things wrong. Maybe it's doing ten things wrong. Perhaps it's doing the same sin ten times. Or is it only public stuff, or can it be private stuff? I don't do anything publicly wrong; I have a "messed" mind. I mean, my every thought is wicked, but I don't fulfill it; I think about it all day long. Is that enough for a person to lose the gift of Salvation given to them for free (no strings attached) by Jesus Christ?

People who ask that question are likely unsaved, because they don't understand the change God makes in the life of one He regenerates in the new birth. One who is truly born of God possesses a true love for Christ because their sins which are many have been washed in the blood of Christ. If we do go astray God chastises us because we are sons of God. The sinner may experiences consequences of their sin, but they are not chastised. Only those who are truly born of God are chastised.

How can I make sure that what I build in my life is like gold, silver, and precious stones, and not like wood, hay, or straw that will burn up? What can I do to ensure my works survive the fire and bring in a great reward? I want to store up treasures in heaven, as Jesus said, but how can I make sure those treasures don't get burned up, I'm referring to the bema seat judgement and not the white throne judgement, I have a clear understanding that my works don't save me only Jesus can save me, I'm specifically asking how can I make sure that my works bring in a reward in heaven and not burn up. Soul Purified Now in Christ's Blood ! Realize you are a sinner being sorry. Sin is lying, evil thoughts, lust,etc. Therefore, do not trust in your own works to go to heaven because you realize, being a sinner, you cannot offer the perfect blood sacrifice that God requires to pay for sin. Instead, believe, meaning fully trust, that in Christ's love for you, on the cross, His one perfect blood sacrifice, when Christ bled, suffered and died, in your place, paid for your sins in full, past, present and future ! Believe that Jesus rose from the dead ! Believe Jesus is God Almighty, God the Son, alive for evermore ! And believe that the sinless blood of Jesus Christ is what cleanses you from all sin, which purifies your soul ! Then the Lord Jesus will forgive you,save you from hell and give you eternal life ! Hyper grace is not free grace theology. They deny James and Psalms. They also deny chastisement rewards and confessing sins unto familiar forgiveness.

Christians don’t have to go to church but since they are childrens of God, they are suppose to go to church and live a godly life. All believers are supposed to do good works but they are not all going to do it. That’s just how it is but the they still remain saved even if they don’t do what they are suppose to do as christians.

Do people forget that there are TWO judgement seats? The Judgement Seat of Christ (the first) and the Great White Thrown Judgement (the 2nd). You WANT to be at the Judgement Seat of Christ becasue that means you are saved. But you will still be judged based on your works for Christ. Your faith will not save you from God's judgement at the Judgement Seat of Christ because your faith is what got you there in the first place. 2 Corinthians 5:10 10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Just going on a rant here. I get tired of people quoting James 2:19-20 out of context. 19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? If you look just a few verses above at James 2:12 (KJV) you see: So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. Notice how it says the law of liberty, NOT the law of Moses. Born again believers will be judged based on the law of liberty since we have been freed from sin when we placed our faith in Christ alone. That's why we SHOULD do good works, not to be saved, but BECAUSE we ARE saved. But that is not a REQUIREMENT to be saved. Unbelievers will be judged based on the law of Moses which they will be condemned, becasue WE ALL have transgressed the law of Moses, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" (Romans 3:23). That's why we need Jesus Christ in the first place. Another example here: 1 Corinthians 3:13-15 13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. 14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be SAVED; yet so as by fire. It just saddens me becasue there are true born again believers that lose the joy of their salvation becasue false doctrine tries to force them back under the law and intermingle justification with the Christian walk. Once you are saved you are ETERNALLY secured.

Eternal security sets you free! It doesn't bind you to sin. The new creation cannot sin the old creation (flesh) will sin. License or no license. Whatever that means 😂

A believer CAN use his free will to continue deliberately sinning after being saved and YES…he will still be saved. But he will face severe chastisement from God and that chastisement could consist of AN EARLY DEATH. Upon dying the believer would go to Heaven but because he didn’t live a godly life he will have no rewards and thus will be at the lesser levels of God’s Kingdom.

This is how the carnal mind thinks. The Grace of God is not a doctrine. The Grace of God is a person named Jesus Christ and in Him is no sin. If you are in union with Christ you are as righteous as He is.

They also say that salvation will be lost if you sin, do not endure to the end, do not obey completely and turn away from God. What kind of doctrine is that? He is the one who saved the sinner who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ because nobody can save himself, then others will say that God will take away his salvation or will lose his salvation if he fall to sin. But the truth is, He will keep you strong until the end so that on the day when our Lord Jesus Christ comes, you will be free from all blame. God is faithful. He is the one who has chosen you to share life with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. He will also give you strength and protect you from the Evil One. 1 Corinthians 1:8, 21; 2 Thessalonians 3:3; Jude 1:24 And the Lord Jesus whom they believed as Savior will intercede for them when they sin, (Mediator, Attorney, A go between) and He is also the offering and comforter to the Father when the true Believer sins.(Propitiation, Atonement) 1 John 2:1-2 Others do not know that the person who believes in the Lord Jesus is actually safe from eternal punishment because of the redemption of their sin by the Lord Jesus, but when they live in sin and immorality, God the Father will surely discipline them. His sinful self has to be destroyed so that his spirit will be saved on the day when the Lord comes again. And God will disciplines His children so that they will not be judged with the world. Furthermore, If the work of the Christian burns, he is still save by God's grace through faith. I Corinthians 3:13-15; 1 Corinthians 5:1-5; 11:32; Hebrews 12:5-8; Galatians 6:7; Ephesians 2:8-10 If you want to be saved from God's punishment for your sin, believe in the Lord Jesus whom God punished for you. Isaiah 53:1-12; 2 Corinthians 5:21; I Corinthians 15:1-4; Romans 5:8 The moment you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, God will declared you righteous and you will be saved from the punishment of your sin because of God's grace. Then, after you receive salvation, you must live with restraint and be holy in the present time of this world, moreover, dedicate yourself to doing good, not to be saved but because you're already saved. Ephesians 2:8-10; Titus 3:5-8; Titus 2:11-12; 2 Peter 1:5-10 What must I do to be saved? Acts 16:30-31 Then he brought them outside and said, “Men, what must I do to be saved?” They said to him, “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved-you and all who live in your house.” John 3:18 People who believe in God’s Son are not judged guilty. But people who do not believe are already judged, because they have not believed in God’s only Son. Please read John 3:14-16 and claim God's promises by faith. Glory to God!

I'll tell you why people say the grace of God doesn't give you a license to sin. Because with in the first 1:15 seconds of this video you quote two scriptures, then completely teach the opposite. Your indirectly telling people they have a choice In how they live in there Christian walk. You said we get to live righteously but we dont have to. WE DONT HAVE TO LIVE RIGHTEOUSLY!? Romans 6:16 "Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves a slave to obey, you are that one's slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?" A slave cant have two masters. Living for Jesus requires obedience and sacrifice. Luke 9:23 "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me." Your indirectly telling people there are two roads to Jesus when you say you dont have to live righteously. There is only one road and that is the narrow that leads to life. The other is broad and leads to destruction. People naturally take the path of least resistance. The result of telling people your not required to live righteously when following Jesus is people only professing with there lips. With Faith comes obedience to Jesus, following his commands, not in are strength but through Jesus Matthew 22:37-40 . John 15:10-17.

My brother, I pray you come to the understanding that the Word of God is spiritually discerned and not carnally. Reading the bible( a book that is divinely inspired) with natural intelligence will lead you into error. Just as the lord Jesus enlightened the disciples to understand the scriptures in (Luke 24:45), I pray same for you.

So Judas will be in heaven? What a disingenuous use of John 6!! "The Son of Man will send his angels and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Matthew 13:41-42 Maybe you can hide behind Paul on Judgment Day? Might buy you an extra minute!

If we need to believe Jesus to get saved, then we must believe when he said that very, very few will make it to heaven and that you have to strive hard to get there. Seems like Jesus's words go against yours. What is your take on Jesus's words?
