I like my internal combustion engine minivan. I like all the EV companies. But for many reasons, I think this company is going to explode one day and you’re going to see these vehicles all over the place in every city.

If one could put a sheet of plywood on top it would be a great parts vehicle for home repair guy that don’t have to unhitch trailer to go get a few extra parts from businesses. Very nice. Does one need licensees to drive it on streets of California?

Good. This will make the FUV adaptable for more business customers, who are willing to pay a premium because it earns for them. Right now Arcimoto is losing money on each FUV, because they haven't scaled their sales numbers. Cutting prices can't happen until they reach economies of scale and therefore lower per unit cost. At least not without ballooning losses and draining the balance sheet... again. Focusing first on expanding the customer base that is willing to pay the highest price, makes a lot of sense to me. One of the downsides of the FUV is the slow charging speed, making it tricky to take it on longer high speed trips, like a motorcycle. Business use cases are unlikely to be impacted by this, so that is another reason to focus on that segment. Hopefully faster charging is added as production scales, I think that would really improve the appeal for personal use. Perhaps even work out a deal to use the Tesla designed connector, and charging network, like Ford? That would bring good publicity, and attention to road trip endurance. I haven't bought any Arcimoto stock despite following the company for a long time, but now am beginning to consider it. Been too busy buying into junior lithium mines since 2020, and still see that as a better opportunity. For everyone that is down, holding, thinks this is a further distraction, and loss of focus... I wouldn't fret too much over this particular decision.

There is no 'slow charging speed' in my experience. It charges at L1 or L2, the standard for EVs. In 18 months I have still never run the battery down below 40% charge. I just plug in whenever I get home and it is always ready to go. I don't give a shit about stocks, I invest in the American worker by buying the product. I only want money I have earned and not gamed and scammed out of the paychecks and benefits packages of workers. As one of those working victims of greedy stock investors I know the consequences and I refuse to do that to others.

Fantastic. But how's the production ramp going? Has the original order backlog been eliminated yet? I remember it as being considerably lengthy.

Many of the pre-orders are still from states where Arcimoto's design has not yet been approved and classified. When a new state opens of for sales the first orders were from that long list if patient customers. Texas just opened up this week and there was a lot of interest there. It is a big problem that the current rebate programs exclude autocycles when the goal is less emissions.

Facts...produce your FUV and sell it and get it rented out. Get the motorcycle license removed for all the states so anyone can drive it. Sell the Rapid Responder to Municipalities, get the Deliverator into franchisee hands Produce a full door for the inclement weather areas Now they talking about automation..smh It's as if they learned nothing from almost going bankruptcy. Like why are you not using Tilting Motor Works to use with say the Harley Livewire or something. You buy Tilting Motor Works for a eBike....seriously? I agree with you

Thankfully I gave up on this company and took a smaller loss. The two prior CEO’s showed their inability. Perhaps this new guy will work. So far the FUV remains overpriced for the range and no improvements coming. I’m sorry for your financial loss as I too had higher hopes.

Not a shareholder anymore, but I still don't understand why you'd make like 6 different vehicles when you haven't even scaled one. If there's not enough demand to sell at least thousands of FUVs and you need to make 6+ different versions just to scale the product, the whole business case simply isn't there.

Other companies like Westward industries have been able to stay in business for decades by building low volume, modular, niche vehicles for municipalities, colleges, etc. This version of the FUV can get Arcimoto into that market that has repeat fleet customers. The MUV sells for 2/3 the price of other vehicles in that market like the Go-4 interceptor.

I think the demand is definitely there, but the company has split its focus too much and jumped the gun. A rush from short shorts into big boys' long trousers scenario if you will. There's absolutely nothing wrong with envisioning future product lineups, but you have to get the foundational lineup sorted first.

The Deliverator is great. It has sexy lines and proven utility but the cargo boxes offer a bit more capacity and the option for modular cargo transfer stations using the boxes, a growing strategy for a number of last mile delivery services. Deliverator is perfect for small package and food delivery. More streamlined, but that only matters at higher speeds.

💯 correct! I came here to say exactly that.... FUV needs to be on the phone right now with Tesla and getting partnered with their charging network. That will most definitely send the stock price higher and put FUV back in the lime light.

Good to see Chris doing this. The Deliverator was a dud and had fit and finish problems. This is the way to go. I can see millions of these ordered by major corporations.
