Elijah before the Red Door was very prudent, pragmatic, careful, cautious, and had selective morals, principles, and standards at least most of the time
Despite Celeste being evil, I️ truly wished she wasn’t so her & Elijah could of gotten back together. I️ think I️ was the only true Celeste & Elijah shipper😭😢
Celeste was a powerful witch, they should’ve added an extra line of Elijah explaining that Monique also had the courtesy of putting a spell that would prevent Celeste from using magic when returning to her body. That would help explain why she didn’t even try to fight Elijah
@@angelomart8210Not really, when Sophie devereaux tried to consecrate the remains of Céleste she spotted that the magic was gone which meant that she body jumped and her power either vanished or followed her into the body of the new witch she wished to inhabit and amplified her powers maybe. But they left out a lot of details and stuff about magic unexplained.
I am all the way with Céléste. Elijah most of the time, lets the women in his life be killed directly or indirectly by Klaus. She saw near the end of her first life that Elijah will not do anything to save her. So she decided to save herself the only way she knew how. Unfortunately Rebekah happened to her and Geneviève. I also think their mother, Esther, must have had a hand in all of this, just like she did with Michael and later on with her kids. Not a big fan of Hayley. All she does is demand most men (Jackson, Marcel who saved her life as a baby, Elijah etc) rescue her while pitting them against each other and constantly put their lives at risk.
@@erebus1005 What about her spirit ? Esther had her power when she body jumped into Cassie and Lenore, I think that Celeste should do the same but then again Esther is a 1000+ year old witch
@@mrkid2451 Actually im not hating on her but like you said its a show, so they could've at least cast an actress who actually spoke french to make it more realistic
