Hi guys I’m gonna answer some of the questions I see posted here. We scrub the do not call. We use slydial broadcasting. This is one lead source my team is at almost 3,000,000 in GCI. Asirvia is the Beacon I Explained. If you have any other questions let me know

I think I heard you say you use Cell Phone #'s, how do you scrub the DNC, when there is no DNC for cell phones?

Mike Nelson The system we uses scrubs the do not call so we have no issues.cole is amazing

how many OH emails would you blast for a standard sale? I have no idea on rate of return on those and I am afraid to make my OH turn to chaos if I send too many ( it is a small home ).thank you! you are such an inspiration. Happy International Woman's Day!

I have a question regarding the script she quoted. In the script she said, " thank you for calling Christina..." Then at the end of the script asked the person to give them a call. What is the script suppose to say and when is this script implemented?

I’m curious to know who else has tried this. I’ve sent out 4,000 voicemails with the suggested script and have received just 3 call backs. Two were complaining about spam and the other was bored with no intent to buy or sell. 🤔

This system sounds fantastic, however I used Cole and scrubbed the DNC list in my neighborhood of 360 homes today and only 4-5 numbers were safe to call! So I want to know how she got 1200 numbers - did Tampa miss the "email" about registering on the Do Not Call List like the rest of the US has in the last 20 years? Also, it appears that Riley no longer has humans texting for you - assuming you can find enough cell numbers not on the DNC list, there is another service that uses an AI system like Alexa to engage callers up to a point.

Why just one neighborhood? If I scrub the DNC on Cole, I can get about 40,000 numbers to call in a city of about 2 million.

Aren't autodialers and prerecorded messages illegal?

I could be wrong, but i believe there are more severe penalties for autodial/prerecorded messages for numbers on the dnc. not illegal for numbers that are not on the dnc.

Thanks for clarifying that,Mr.Ferry.I was about to say the same thing because 36 agents and assistants should be able to produce a couple of million dollars or more in GCI depending on their price point of the groups territories.
