Was wondering more about the trash removal/cleanup.. If there is something new built.. Why do you want 4 acres, and if it needs sewage and supply/infrastructure anyways.. What is the actual value of the area, since there is nothing.

@@PsiQ The house I grew up in is on the property but it is in some deep disrepair. It's still plenty livable, but it was hashed together by my dad back in the 70s and 80s, pulling buildings together and sorta knitting them into one. The wiring is very old, the roof is quite old, the layout isn't the best by any means, there's no central heating or air, there are airgaps I cannot find, and overall, it really shows its age. I would love to get mom into a new building with an HVAC, double-pane windows, 2b2b, a nice clean layout, modernized appliances, basically something more comfortable. My dad bought the place in the 70s, did some improvements which are now very dated, there's septic already on the property, a well that's actually working after a couple great seasons of rain, electricity (though that would have to be relocated to the new building), everything is already here. Mom's taxes on the place are super low because of dad's service and his status as a fully-disabled vet which carried over to her. I know full well that it won't carry over to me, but I just want this place to be comfortable for her. The current house doesn't need to be taken down right away, but yeah, eventually it would be nice to get that space back. There's a space kinda diagonal that would be great for a new double-wide or even single-wide. Could even keep using most of the same area for the yard for the dogs. As for the area, one of the big things is we get a little bit of space from neighbors. Not as much as I would like these days with some very crappy newer neighbors who like to blast very loud bassy music all day and the other one who decided a 30mph windy day was the perfect time to do a burn pile and burned down my old building along with over $50k worth of my belongings and several priceless guitars. I'd love to just completely revamp the old house and make it all better, but a new building like this would just expedite the process and mom could live in the old house while work was being done to finish the new building. I'm not saying "oh he should have just given the building to me!" like some kind of gimme. It made for a fantastic video, and I sure as hell enjoyed watching it. I was mostly just lamenting my inability to leverage any skills to gain anywhere near this kind of wealth. It's pure, simple jealousy, but it doesn't mean I love any of these big guntubers any less.

@@PsiQ Might be a good idea to start putting up shrubbery. At the current time, we're concerned mainly with a garden that will give us some food in the short term but yeah, more sound barriers would probably be good for the future!
