Shouldn't make a damn bit of difference whether it's powder or rock. They are one and the same thing. They only made those sentencing guidelines because of the rocks being so prevalent in the streets and the wars that were beginning to kick up around the crack between different dealers. I remember I was down with a guy who shot his own cousin right in the throat over stealing a sale from him. Until then I really never understood just how deadly the entire game gets. Those are the types of cases that got more and more common in the areas where the product was being moved.
