@thatgirl...if only she left she could ve saved herself troubles,stress&embarrasment...den again what did she expect after taking him 4rm his wife? we women never learn.
Older women never file for divorce. There is logical reasons for this, subconsciously she knows that going back to the Streets is a loss for her. She also knew that if she keep relationship, she is guaranteed resources and luxurious lifestyle. It is a win for her that he passed away,. She got his wealth. That was the only thing she was fight for. Greed is wicked.
What always strikes me about these cases involving ANC-linked people is how they attained fabulous wealth overnight. A judge and his nurse turned “business woman” wife who managed to buy a house with a R120k a month bond, as well as a luxury apartment in Cape Town. While the majority of us are worse off now and can’t even use the train as a means of affordable transport anymore. I think the source(s) of their wealth might also be an interesting true crime case.
Obviously they benefited from BEE Tenders. And him being affiliated to the ANC grant him that. That’s why we like to say white people Aka Boere are our enemies but it’s actually the Black ANC Government
honestly one thing ive learnt about these relationships where there is cheating and multiple partners is someone will snap and people will end up dead. people literally end up losing their lives. it could be the wife, the husband or the side .
Justice failed a whole judge. Yhoooooo. I want to believe in karma but I have seen some evil humans out here thriving and Thandi looks set to be one of them 😞
@@JustSaying02you guys are wild yho! A man gets slain and yall say ke 'karma', I understand he had one of the most challenges positions in society as a judge but criminality is now karma? 😮😮 I think we don't understand what this karma idea is all about. Ahh!
It’s unfortunate that his wife let this man’s infidelity run her mad. We deal with cheating differently, I wish she chose herself and left. It’s not uncommon for men to drive women crazy, it’s better to leave and just start over. 😢
brah... most of these true crime cases are over cheating. just saw one where this girl shot the other lady over a dude that was playing both of them. if only people could keep in in their pants
Thandi was filled with rage and jealousy, i wish she just left him or accepted his cheating ways.....😢😢😢then all this gathering up of evidence........and making him to resign....
What did she even think will happen? He was an acting High court judge for god’s sake, that man was a highly successful man who had many options of women, young beautiful women, she was the wife she had the ring she should’ve sat there nd shut up
@@MegaNjabulo or just left......she was greedy as well, not wanting his children to get a cent from his inheritance........still fighting till today....
All the time she was motivated by greed. She was not fighting girls for her man but for her share of estate. It is not like she has undying love for him, but she was consumed by greed envy what he has.
@@ricotrial Women get cheated on many times and they don’t go kill the die partners for it. You just have to walk away from toxic relationships and situations. To collect evidence in order to humiliate him to his friends and family is no solution, she embarrassed herself really. I hope in life we learn that if someone cheats, it has nothing to do with you being inadequate. It’s about them and their lustful ways you can either go away or put up with it. This woman is just cruel, she wanted to inherit money she never worked for. When she realised that this guy wants a divorce she decided to kill him. At her age, does she even care about sex? This lady is older than my mother!!! Why she wanted to sleep with that man anyway? She knew he is cheating and she had to just stop being intimate and live a happy life and she would have never went to jail!
Started watching ur videos last week and i finished all of them, keep up the great work and thank you for bringing us these stories that have helped me grow and mature my thinking on the topics of love and society. Black Excellence 🌠.
This is what I hate about the SA justice system, it can feel so luck based, people being found guilty or not guilty based on luck. Your the last person in the room with the deceased, you heat up the room to cover your tracks, take their phone and pretend to be them, but gets acquitted. It's hard to trust the justice system.
There was never conclusive medical evidence confirming the cause of death, so the state relied heavily on circumstantial evidence that he had suffocated. They were so suppose to prove beyond doubt..Yes the law failed here but at the same time it worked..its the nitty griity stuff that can be the end of you or be free.
Keep bringing these stories Sisi. I am one of those who lives everything she’s doing whenever I see the notification for the new story on the Plug . You are always coming with a bang Sisi. Keep it up
He didn't deserve to die but he should have divorced his wife the minute he decided to cheat mostly when he realized she wasn't the type to be cheated on😢
Thank you for such qualitative investigative journalism. I always felt bad and pity for her as I had so much political conspiracies, but with all your balance analysis I have an objective view of the entire saga. Thank you!!
This story was very saddening, a whole judge failed by the rotten SA justice system ⚖️. Thandi is as calculative as they come and she is enjoying her happy life scot-free, utterly disgusting.
Women want a rich, successful and faithful man. Sorry but they don't exist. The more successful he is - The more OPTIONS he has. If you're not going to leave then you have no other choice but to accept it. He didn't deserve to die just for cheating.
When a man desires the freedom to explore other romantic relationships, he should consider asking for a divorce. You can't have the best of both worlds, whether you're wealthy or not. It's not acceptable.
@@JustSaying02You cannot rely on others to do the right thing by my you. YOU must do the right thing for yourself first which includes leaving said unfaithful partner. Taking their life is not an option. People should have some self respect and self love.
True, it's hard for rich successful man not exercise options,. Which means in general he will cheat. She made mistake of hiring a private investigator for this.
@@JustSaying02 leave your emotions out of this. Use your head. He has options. He's allowed to have more than one woman should he pleases. Wifie should have been the one the leave if she cannot deal with the cheating. Yall always holding everyone accountable but YOURSELVES.
yooh, I'm always feeling a butterfly running in my stomach all the time I am listening the astonishing tragedies narrated by this sweet lady, they basically conscientious everyone about the reality of our RSA crime.
Are you serious 😳 for 5 minutes like Oscar Pistoriius? The law is much harsher on women, check the stats, starting with how police make reporting difficult for women, get bribed by perpetrators and the judges give lenient sentences
Awesome 💯 When you're not winning just leave and start all over again. You are not defined by your partner, the marriage had reached expiration Her investigation shows she was married to a lawyer, she hated losing. She was vengeful. Her remedy for her was prison.
@@mandilakhemaphikana7772 Lol you're really going through it babes yes his wife killed him because of his infidelity if he still wanted to taste all of the girls he shouldn't have married the second time or could've just divorced he did it with the first wife but definitely messed with the wrong one the second time and he got what he deserved I'm sorry
@@cindymthethwa9926 my sister, you are justifying the unjustifiable. Would you do the same thing, would you kill your cheating husband? So do you not feel sorry for that girl who was murdered by the rugby player boyfriend of hers over allegations of cheating at TUT? Come on now. The only reason to elimination someone is if they are a danger to you, otherwise... Ayikho leyonto.
Thank you so much sis for all the good work and the time you put in to make us glued to this Plug...Pls continue to keep us in the loop with what's happening around us You're amazing young lady
Bathong Patrick💀😭 you'd think after his 1st divorce he would've grown up & stopped cheating. Some wives don't play and are crazy, messing with married men is dangerous. I can only imagine how much harassment his sidechicks faced lol. Thandi was slaying to court bathong💅
This case reminds me of Patrizia Gucci, who murdered her famous husband and was later released. Not supporting Thandi, but this should be a lesson to men, treat your wives fairly and with compassion.🌹✨️
I’m a married woman and I don’t agree. Women should have some self respect and leave if they aren’t happy. They can file for divorce for heaven’s sake. Unaliving someone is not the way forward.
Hell knows no fury like a scorned woman. If the judge spent as much time working on his marriage as he did running around with young women, he would see that he married a very intelligent, and passionate woman. Probably none of this would have happened to him. I don't understand WHY men will marry you, make you have a bunch of kids, build a life with you only to sleep with women who could be his granddaughter. I never feel this much pitty for the killer, but this was a crime of passion and they were both in the wrong!
@@sphesihlemamba9964 It is what is happening. Men are just as likely to be commit a crime of passion as women, but obviously mental health plays the larger role. They should have gotten a divorce, he shouldn’t have cheated and she should not have killed him.
Lol some of you don't use common sense I am not married but if a man decides to cheat nothing can stop him so you thinking him to choosing to divorce his wife means the woman is toxic she's toxic because of his cheating
Damn she really got away with murdee! S/o to her lawyers for appealing the case. The prosecuting authority was probably incompetent whilst they had all the evidence
the system lost respect for him while he was still alive, because of his jeopardized reputation that became a public knowledge through his wife,so that kind of worked on her favour.
@@mandilakhemaphikana7772 it's charecter that counts hence i said they lost respect ,that's why you will see in some cases,if one is the first time offender the court will sometimes require charecter witnesses to show what kind of a person they are in the society, especially if the victim had a bad reputation.
Unbelievable... Such a beautiful lady! I am asking myself, was she obsessed with her husband or with his money? Blood money wont bring you happiness... But yes, the devil takes care of his dissiples! Rest in peace Mr Maqubela...
