Of course we don't have bleedings because we don't have the uterine tissue but personally I can account for the following: sore breasts, headaches, gastrointentistinal symptoms, changes of appetite and sleep patterns, bloating, tiredness, anxiety and sudden mood changes. Having been socialised as a guy for most of my life and being honestly unaware that this would happen, because nobody talks about it, I was not ready to experience this. I can confirm that it's not great and I bet that AFAB people have it even worse.
