In what is usually a peaceful park to the north of Potchefstroom, is now a flood plane due to the Mooirivier bursing its banks. This as a result of recent heavy downfall over large parts of South Africa.
The usually 'peaceful' Mooirivier would under normal conditions be flowing about 20 metres to the left of this image... today, It now spans most of the park.
Meanwhile, we view two passing trains, the first train (heading West) consisting of Three Transnet Freight Rail class 18Es and a railway sleeper load, followed by the luxurious Blue Train behind two blue GM class 34s!
