So just a quick thing to note about Boruto is that a huge aspect of the themes in this show is that the current generation of Shinobi, while all incredibly gifted, expect a lot of things to be handed to them. So you'll notice a lot of the parents choose not to just give the answers to their kids. Rather, they try and let them experience things and learn from that.

I love it, because it's been a lesson of the series since the beginning to not abandon passion, love, bonds or hard work like Asura's believed in but Indra's countering struggles with burdening pain, destiny, talent and letting power consume you is something that can happen in every day life and effect people too. They're doing great with the will of fire and teaching there kids what's important to strive for in the shinobi world.

Sai used a perfect way to teach his son that "shortcuts won't work on everything, especially on ninjutsu". It was really a wise move to get Himawari to become Inojin's "sensei".

@@brandon1234 that's because unlike the past generation, things come easy for the new one. Boruto is a prodigy, he's smart and talented. That's why early on he never used to try as hard cuz everything was easy for him

Actually Suzy, were getting dubbed episodes on May 17th. The new dubbed episodes will be 156-176. Also I think you picked an excellent time to watch boruto as well. Don't skip any episodes either because the next arc around episode 50 is where the pacing of the story gets much better

Well said near the end there. Being invested in the characters, especially the "side" characters and what they bring to the overall world of Naruto is indeed pretty key to enjoying Boruto as a series. For that I am glad that a lot more care is generally put into the anime-only episodes and arcs compared to many of the fillers in the original Naruto series.

The fillers in the Naruto series put just as much care into the side characters though. This is exactly how they’ve always been. Giving focus and character development to the supporting cast. Well, late Shippuden fillers aside...

@@DragonForceBackup apologies, by "care" I meant keeping them in line with the rules and canon of the rest of the series at least reasonably well. Naruto fillers (at least those in the original series where they got stuck in fillers for years) got rather infamous for sometimes introducing things that later canon stuff would reveal couldn't or didn't happen. It also tended to flanderize things like how stupid Naruto was or how violent Sakura was.

Ah okay then. Though Naruto and Sakura are mains and I thought we were just talking about the side characters (i.e the rest of the Konoha 11).

Episode 155 up to the mid 200s is literally the start of probably the best arc... sorry to disappoint :/, but at the same time people should stop saying when the best episodes are, it can cause expectations to be way too high and lead to disappointment that could be avoided. Take MHA manga readers as an example

The emotion makes it stronger. Inojin feels liks it comes from the family. That the SBS comes naturally without even trying. Inojin needs to learn the word "Enthusiasm", "Hardwork" and "Passion".

If someone just tells you everything then you really didn’t learn anything for yourself , learning on your own is much more beneficial for the person instead of just giving them the answer then they will expect an answer for everything in life especially for a man so no he couldn’t have just told him because the lesson would have been ruined .

there are some things that cant be taught simply by teaching, for example you cant teach someone how to feel a certain way, they have to go through that experience irl to feel that certain feeling

Sai is the best father of konoha, he teaches a important lesson for inojin life, Boruto actually cares a lot for his side characters, speak what you want, this show is so great

I think the copies can't be used because he is using a printing technique instead of drawing, I remember that once Naruto or Sakura ran into Sai getting out of an art-shop, he said that he used high-quality ink because it mixed better with his chakra, so, the way Inojin was printing was incorrect because those images had no chakra at all.

take your time and just enjoy boruto how you enoy it Suzy i am the same way i enjoy the fillers some fillers might be like what did i just watch but most are very enjoyable i dont listen to what ppl say about fillers you do not have to rush.
