The Tire Shop SCREWED ME So I Did It Myself 

As a 4x4 guy I have had to several of my own alignments. Even when I had semi rims on my dually it was wild how many shops where just confused on how to do an alignment.

Shops will almost always try to sell you stuff you don't need or use it as a excuse because they don't want to deal with it. Good job with the driveway DIY!

I’ve done those driveway alignments multiple times without any issue. Keeps me away from those silly alignment guys, and saves money

If you need to get it aligned give Autotech a call tomorrow. We’re in the same parking lot as C&K I do all his alignments. I think just may have even done your c10. Tell them you talked to Josh and I’ll try and squeeze ya in.

We had to do align alignment on my buddies' 64 ford wagon in a hotel parking lot during HRPT 2019. Got us that long haul placard!

I do my own alignments all the time. But I would recommend be it Camber or toe you should do both measurements and adjustments with the vehicles full weight on the ground. Also each alignment setting affects the other. Do Camber first before adjusting toe. You had your toe set to your liking but if you adjust your camber after it will mess toe up. Only other main adjustment that's more tricky to do is Caster.. But in proper order of adjustments it is Caster 1st. Camber 2nd. Toe 3rd.

Tightening the upper control arms before it’s reassembled and on the ground will prematurely wear the bushings.

Dude, I had a similar problem last summer. The local shop “aligned” ole Fred and while on power tour all the shims fell out of the upper control arm.. took it back, they “fixed” it. The control arm nuts were still all loose..

if you put a cement pad around back first five cars wide one half wide then put the rest in when funds allow at least you will get your drive back run the electric to a water proof outlet

Same issue before Battle In Bama, had an appointment get there unload off of trailer he looks at it says we cant align it because its been lowered. Then proceeds to tell me he can sell me tires and put them on . I though what kind of stupid sense does that make.

Bad bearings, lmao, I saw them, no way, they didn’t want to touch it, I grew up in a family auto parts business, if that electric fan doesn’t work, get you a thermal fan clutch from four seasons, they are known for forcing more air, they roar a little is the down side, I ordered one from rock auto on my work van, my ac works way better in traffic now, have a safe trip!!
