I told my ex-husband (married 27 years) that I forgive him for all that he has done to me and our sons), I told him it was only through the strength of God that I could do that. He ducked his head and got in his truck and left. Ducking his head was a new response for him. He had never responded like that before. I honestly have forgiven him because I have given him to God and asked God to help me move on and let go of him. I have been able to do that. It hasn’t been easy everyday but I have been able to do it and I do not bad mouth him to our children, they lived with him too, they know him. He hurt them too, I do not have to remind them of his behavior. I have apologized for making them live in the home they had to live in growing up.

I feel bad that I chose this person for a mate and husband I feel bad that this is my daughter father but my mom did it on my grandmother did it my grandmother was a narcissist too. I think my mom wants too to forgive ourselves and move on. Can’t change it now.

Finally hoovered after 6 months no contact from the exnarc...suddenly a bill shows up in the mail and threatens to go to collections...why not move on...I was totally played for one year...find another supply please...If I agree you won, would you just fade away?

Very clear way of looking at some of the issues of narcissistic relationships. I appreciate how you expressed this. "No cure, but not ...no hope" and "you cannot change them, and they will not change because of you." Excellent. Sort of "encapsulated hope" in that it's not zero, impossible, but their change is in their time and over much effort...if at all...best to wish them well from a distance. And yes, it's the hardest thing one could ever do in life.

My dogs used to yawn in front of me and I would yawn back reflexively. However, the narcissist would start to yawn when I started talking, and indeed sometimes fell asleep🤣

I don't wanna sound presumptuous , but might the lower frequency with which you put out videos not be a positive sign of being healed and in good stead ? My narcissistic husband has controlled himself around me now because there’s something in it for him. He wants money for me I inherited money so that’s not change he’s not raging me like he used to. He’s curbing himself but if you look in his face, you can see the rage. I bet any money that if I didn’t have a penny again, he would be letting loose on me. That’s not change he’s not changing, because if I came up with something he didn’t want he’d go right back to the way he was

The narcissistic abuse I’m going through is payback for the disrespect. I did 20 years ago. I’ve grown a lot since then. Unfortunately they’re continuously trying to convince me that. I am the narcissist when I cry it’s because I hurt now because I’m a nurse yes I hurt people is nothing I can do to take that away I really really wish I could People fuck up grow unless they’re a narcissist, which proves that I am not the brainwashing program. They want me to go through war, psychological Warfield hell hell on earth, and Atlanta person, drawing a good person and creating someone that won’t take shit from anyone
