I left Cuba when I was 25 years old. And I moved to Spain with my family. My sister working in Cuba as a doctor in the ICU was making only 40 USD per month, while I was earning 200-400 USD per month as a waiter.

Jason, I would love your advice.. what if you want to become a CRNA but haaate bedside nursing. I know you have to have ICU experience to apply to CRNA school, but I hate it. Should I sacrifice my sanity for 2 years to gain the needed experience to apply? Is the ICU that bad? Or am I just getting nervous and freaking myself out since I graduate nursing school in December and starting in the trauma ICU. I desperately need your advice.. anyones input is also helpful as well.

If you want to be a CRNA then working bedside ICU is a sacrifice you're going to have to make. Before you know it 2 years will be over and you'll be a much more knowledgeable nurse. Most ICU nurses I've spoken with actually love what they do. Who knows, you might love it more than you think you will.

Great video super inspiring. I think growing on RU-vid is not as simple as described. I have been on RU-vid for over 10 years and still have not hit that 4K watch time have close to 300 videos I am at the point that if RU-vid takes off for me then kool if not kool. LOL

I'm in a private Facebook group and often see posts of creators asking why their channel is not growing. The members will review the channel and most of the time the conclusion would be that they don't make content that others find valuable. If a creator just wants to create videos for their own personal reasons that's fine. But if a creator wants to earn income from their youtube channel, they need to focus on it as if it were a business and make it about the viewer and not about the creator.
